Flexible, especially in terms of organising viewing times. Viewings done by the agent. Photos and videos were of very good quality. Fees reasonable. The house sold within hours of going on the market.
15th Feb 2022 (3 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

There were lots of unexpected hold ups on our end and she dealt with them amazingly and calmly which really helped in such a stressful time. We got the keys exactly on our move in date even though it didn’t look very promising for a while. So friendly and quick to respond, I owe them a big thank you.

20th Jan 2025 (17 weeks ago)Awful service, booked a viewing for 4.30, multiple other viewers turned up at the same time, was told it would be just us. Turned up 20 mins late and no knowledge of property. No answer from the office phone, really terrible service. Avoid.

Our house purchasing process was far from straight forward and Sarah consistently went above and beyond to help aid us in every way she could! Her brilliant communication skills and caring attitude helped keep me and my partner calm during the very stressful period! Really felt like Sarah went the extra mile to help us resolve the many issues we faced. If you’re looking to purchase or sell your property in the Droitwich area Oulsnam should be the first place you look!

15th Apr 2025 (5 weeks ago)Having used Allen Morris for a 18 months to try and sell the property and with a failed sale it was time to change estate agents and so I signed with John Goodwin having met David. We dealt with Emma and Jacob in the Upton office throughout. I can honestly say that their service has been second to none, particularly Emma who went out of her way to be the conduit between the buyer and ourselves when solicitors Weren’t as quick to deal with things as we had hoped they would be. Emma was kind, thoughtful efficient and nothing was too much trouble. This had been our family home for many years and she treated it sensitively. She has thoroughly earned her commission on this sale and I would not hesitate in recommending her. Thank you, Emma for everything you have done for us for a smooth sale!

6th May 2025 (16 days ago)I would 100% rate Emdot for their help and support with the sale of my house. They really are just a great bunch to deal with and always helpful and supportive. Plus they don’t charge a crazy rate compared to the majority of high street estate agents. Kate and team also helped with the purchase of another house for me even though it was with another agent, always there if I needed some advice or updates. The team at Emdot really care about helping make the sale and purchase of property as easy as possible. I’d throughly recommend them to everyone.

After we rented a house throw them our property manager is Thea Meek who.s fantastic,verry helpfull,she have good customer service and always verry kind!
