Charlie and the team did an excellent job and we were delighted with the result. They managed the process very efficiently, communicated well at every step and were professional throughout. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them

Really helped to keep our move ticking along and even held us out with our own sale despite being the agents for the house we were buying rather than selling! 10/10, kind, compassionate and easy to get hold of whenever you had an issue. We will absolutely be using AP Morgan whenever we next move (which hopefully won’t be for a very long time!)

He always replied to messages swiftly – even on his day off – and we had complete faith in him. His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. They have genuinely gone above and beyond to make our house move as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>Throughout the process, Arden have been incredibly helpful, responsive and proactive. They have kept us updated, chased things when needed and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. He was superb in guiding us through the process before we moved onto the solicitors. We were first time sellers and he was very approachable and patient with all our questions. We were also grateful to Jenny who showed our house to the buyers and they said she was lovely. Having a designated whatsapp group for our property was very useful too.

This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages. We can very highly recommend using the dedicated and lovely team of staff at Harts.

Our first impression when booking the viewing was very positive - the team were very knowledgeable and accommodating.<br><br>On the viewing itself we were incredibly impressed by Mollie who accompanied us. Her energy and enthusiasm was tangible - pitched perfectly so that she hit the right tone of selling the property and its potential, but without being pushy.<br><br>Mollie's ability to understand what we wanted and attune to our needs was particularly impressive. She has a fantastic skill to empathise and attune to the client's needs - whilst also taking our view of the property very fairly. For this reason, I would highly recommend Jones & Associates for anyone looking to buy their next property.

He had really done his homework!<br>Very pleasant and easy to talk to, to ensure we got the right valuation for our property.<br>Dom did the photos on the Wednesday and the property went live on Thursday, the following day!<br>Amber picked up the baton next, and on the following Monday, did THREE viewings. All of them made offers on the Tuesday, and within an hour she had secured a sale!<br>Very efficient people, high quality from first door knock to sale agreed.<br>I would recommend this Estate Agent to everyone.
