We called up and spoke with Gennie who was very helpful and recommended James Goodman as we needed a surveyor for a split title deeds survey.<br><br>James came out to meet us, he was punctual, smartly dressed and very professional. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgable, offering lots of advice and ideas in how best to move forward for us in a unique situation.<br><br>James put us at ease making the whole process from start to finish an easy, smooth transition and all done in great time!<br><br>Highly recommend James and this company for anyone needing land surveying services.<br><br>Regards<br>Sam Turner

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

He is very perceptive at matching landlords with tenants. Through Peter keeping who we are and what we were hoping for in mind he found us our dream place after just one previous viewing. By this point we'd had viewings with various other local estate agents and we can state categorically that Peter is of a calibre that you'd hope to find but rarely do. Professional, genuine and delivers.<br>Furthermore our experience so far of the general services of the agency has been professional and congenial and we would gladly recommend.

Although I had a few headaches with the references, the team and their system were excellent. Even after I moved in, the maintenance team responded quickly and did a great job. We have benefitted from working with the same staff (for example Becky) for many years and they have always been extremely efficient, professional and have offered valuable advice throughout. The communication we have received as always been excellent and punctual. We could not have rented out a property without them.

He always replied to messages swiftly – even on his day off – and we had complete faith in him. His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. We wpuld thoroughly recommend recommend Marcus and Life Investments Estate Agency.

3rd Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages. 1st Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Jones and associates are professional estate agents who sold my home . We met Jason when he came to valve our home he made us feel that selling it would be top priority. A wattsapp group was set up to keep in contact with them within 2weeks and a lot of work my house had sold. The photographer who took the pictures was very professional when taking the pictures and presented a perfect set of photos .If I needed to know anything I only had to write on wattsapp and it was quickly answered . They also provided an after sales person who communicated with both parties solicitors. I would definitely recommend this estate agents to ensure that you get a very professional service and a stress free experience when selling your home
