They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

To add, the lettings girls (Holly, Freya, and Megan) are also really kind and easy to speak with. They were really helpful and kind throughout the process and we are very grateful.

The staff have always shown respect and are always polite. They will do their best to fit around you whenever possible, if we ever have to move again will certainly ask here first.

3rd Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

I’ve been absolutely over the moon with the service throughout the entire process. Leanne handled my purchase and she has been amazing!! Incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always on hand to assist whenever needed. I couldn’t recommend her and the team highly enough.

From the first valuation to completion, their team were consistently professional, proactive, and easy to communicate with. Holly kept us updated at every stage, handled viewings smoothly, and were always quick to respond to questions. What stood out most was their honesty and local knowledge—Holly clearly understand the Hereford market and gave advice that genuinely helped the sale progress quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for an estate agent who combines experience with a personal touch, Sunderlands are a solid choice. I’d happily recommend them to anyone thinking of selling in the area.

Mandy, Sarah Jayne and Dale all an absolute pleasure to deal with. Yes, you can find cheaper ways of selling your home, but if you want personal, dedicated attention to the sale then it's certainly worth paying for... Not all agents are the same... Pick a good one like Hart's
24th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I recently had a disappointing experience with this agency while attempting to purchase a property. I viewed a property prior to it being marketed and made an offer shortly after, which was verbally accepted. Following the agent’s advice, I promptly contacted my mortgage advisor and solicitor and provided the requested documentation, including a mortgage in principle. However, communication became limited during the process, and I was not informed that other offers were being actively considered. I later found out that the property had been offered to another buyer without being given the opportunity to revise my offer. I understand that agents have a duty to continue marketing a property until a proceedable offer is confirmed, and that vendors ultimately choose the buyer. However, clearer and more timely communication would have made a significant difference and allowed me to respond appropriately. This was particularly disappointing as my previous interactions with the agency had been positive. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future buyers

Jason kept me in the loop with absolutely everything, and the process from start to finish has been amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. I originally purchased the house from him and re-sold with him. Fantastic service.
