11th May 2026 (17 days ago)I hadn't experienced the buying and selling market for a number of years, so to enter with an established firm I knew and trusted was essential. From the initial consultation to trying to sell, they were always responsive and helpful. As the chain (although short) started to become slow and non-responsive, they still tried to do all they could. I would particularly like to single out Terri for her attention to detail and empathy when dealing with the sale of my departed parents property. She really worked over and above to make it happen. Thank you.

She phoned me today, she was very professional in her approach and listened. What I liked about Shipoways and Jess in particular they were efficient but not pushy. I had a phone conversation twice in 2 days and she has promised to keep me informed when a suitable property becomes available. Unlike ANOTHER AGENT who has sent me 9 e@mails in 1 afternoon about properties in the area but totally ignored my requirements.I received info about properties valued at 100K up to over 400K . I will stay with Shipways
29th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Highly recommend!!! I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing. I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion. My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise. Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process. I’ve been absolutely over the moon with the service throughout the entire process. Leanne handled my purchase and she has been amazing!! Incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always on hand to assist whenever needed. I couldn’t recommend her and the team highly enough.

The pictures and video of our property looked absolutely amazing and they managed to sell it within 3 weeks in December too!! It had previously been on the market with another agent for 6 months with no joy ??????. Scott's approach was honest and we really appreciated that. We finally exchanged with the backing and help of Scott + Jenny so a huge thank you for getting us over the last hurdle. We would not hesitate in recommending you to friends and family. Jason kept me in the loop with absolutely everything, and the process from start to finish has been amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. I originally purchased the house from him and re-sold with him. Fantastic service.

I have never had a issue so far that hasn't been dealt with as timely and promptly as possible, and quite simply put, she is the reason i renewed with Leaders as i was so confident in her.
