We were late; not because we were disorganised, but due to a strange configuration in the location of the house/street, but he showed no signs of impatience. Morgan was professional and respectful throughout the viewing, but friendly and personable too. He was thorough in his explanations and he was able to answer any questions that we asked. He is a good example of a what I would like to see in all estate agents. I thank him for his time and I wish him well in the future.

They are interested only in their commission proven by their dealing with landowners who have the most terrible reputations & previous track records. The conclusion, to this company you are simply a number on a spreadsheet as opposed to a human being. They simply do not care.
17th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)We found the staff friendly and professional, and the service was reasonably priced. Being a local agent their knowledge was very helpful. They dealt with all viewings without us needing to be present. Calls to their Penkridge office were diverted to their central office, which was slightly frustrating but hasn't detracted overall to our review rating.

However, I was not able to find a good property for me and my partner. Finally I found a great property with Trinity Property and explained my situation to Jay. He was a 100% supportive of the whole scenario and helped me out allot in making the process go faster. From viewing to moving in, it took only 6 days with all the process done with a huge help from Jay. I would definitely recommend Trinity Property and Jay. Thanks for all of your help.
