16th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)This is not the first time we have used Blenkin&co. We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

3rd Apr 2024 (6 mo. ago)Awful! When looking to rent a property you would think they would show all interest in assisting you. Sadly not, viewed a property two months ago, showed my interest. Chased 4 times via telephone in an update if the kitchen was fitted to have another view (as it wasn’t previously) to be told someone’s already now leasing it through them. Poor communication, attitude stinks, was told “well we are a busy branch” when I asked how they hadn’t informed me in 2 months as they stated they would in an email. Made to feel like an ignorance for having an interest in a property that we viewed. Which by the way had no kitchen in it whatsoever and wasn’t even warned on the pre viewing. Hence waiting 2 months for it to get fitted to view again. Absolutely awful - abrupt, rude and wouldn’t use

From the moment she entered our home we instantly felt at ease , with confidence in her abilities and knowledge of the market. She explained everything very clearly and with passion. Her manner was professional yet likeable and natural with no pressure or urgency to choose Bridgfords. Here on after, all communication, be it by phone or email, was informative, personal and efficient in speed of response. We would strongly recommend Bridgfords for their amazing customer service ????

They did all the viewings and as we didn't live in the area went out of their way to visit the property each week for us and even did the meter readings on the day of completion. Definitely would recommend them took all the pressure of us as a family. I am so glad I did as the service I received was very professional from start to finish & the photography they supplied was awesome. They constantly kept me up to date as things were progressing and they found me a tenant extremely quickly. Everything was seamless & stress free. What an amazing company. From the first meeting with Paul to an offer, negotiation and acceptance, the team at Hunters, particularly Nicole, were helpful and patient. They updated us on progress weekly and Nicole was always available to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend.

31st Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Managed to secure the property sold when the previous buyer fell through and Hope & Braim reached out following our previous interest in the property. Communication was good and they were always on hand for any questions/queries. Would definitely recommend!!- 18th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
