We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

They e en approached the local council in order to discover the construction type of the non standard ex coucil house I was selling. All in all a very good estate agent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them

I will have to submit an application via an architect , cost £475, just to find out whether I need permission. What the hell are we paying these people for? USELESS

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)They rented an apartment in Selby which was equipped with a washing machine. The property has old style windows which cannot be opened. The washing machine broke, engineer said it was beyond repair. Jigsaw wanted me to buy a new myself, hence breaching a legally binding contract. No reduction in rent. When moved out, they wanted to charge cleaning the windows. These double-glazed windows had mold between the glasses and apparently wanted me to break the glass to clean them. There was mold because the ventilation was substandard and the whole apartment a health risk due to the mold exposure. This is how they treat customers.- 18th Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
