5th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Top notch from beginning to end. Matt's local knowledge was second to none and his pricing advice was great. The house photos, including video and drone shots, were done to an extremely high standard. Naish's books yielded a number of potential buyers even before the details were finalised, and the online ads through Rightmove etc. looked fab and generated a lot more interest. Within just over a week we'd had a dozen viewings and two offers. After accepting one the process was smooth and swift, with Naish's use of a WhatsApp group to keep us posted and a dedicated person (Kimberley) whose job is purely to move everything along reducing friction and meaning the whole sale was completed just a few months after our initial chat. A great, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient team who you can trust to do a fantastic job. I wish all estate agents were like this!
7th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)I recently viewed a property in York with bridgfords, and have been viewing multiple properties recently and this was by far the best, I was shown around the property by Bethany who was very personable and honest and did a really good job trying to show off the property, by far the best estate agent we have interacted with so far.

She went above and beyond in what was a very difficult situation, always taking the time to offer advice, keep us updated, and fight our corner whenever she could.<br><br>Her communication was outstanding from start to finish. Even though she's clearly a very busy lady, she always made time for us and was only ever a phone call or email away. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help meant so much to me and my family during such a challenging time.<br><br>I honestly can't praise Elisha enough for all of her hard work, dedication, and support. She is a real credit to W H Brown, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for us. If you're buying or selling a property they are all great but I would highly recommend asking for Elisha – she's absolutely fantastic.

He knows everyone in the village and has really good recommendations for anything that pops up during the moving process. We were in a really long, and complicated chain. Ian kept us updated, before our solicitors did. And had everyone involved in an email round robin. He chased people on our behalf, and reminded us when we needed to do things. He made a complicated, stressful process a little bit easier as I knew I could trust him.
29th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We recently purchased our new house through Cundalls, and the service we received was fantastic from start to finish.<br><br>The whole team worked so hard to help get our purchase over the line, especially at the last minute when things became more stressful. Their persistence, chasing everyone involved, made all the difference.<br><br>They were also incredibly flexible in allowing us to view the property when needed, and their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Rachel and Georgie and Caroline, who truly went above and beyond for us. They were always helpful, responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. We can't thank them enough for everything they did to make our purchase happen.<br><br>We would highly recommend Cundalls to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again!
24th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Good estate agents, could do more communicating did find we chased them for info but good at getting back with info on viewing quickly, overall quite pleased. Some areas to improve on but I think you’ll get that with other agents too.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

The communication throughout was fantastic, with regular phone calls and messages keeping us updated and making it really easy to know exactly where we were at every stage of the purchase.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whenever we wanted to arrange another viewing to measure up, plan furniture or simply have another look around our new home, the team were always incredibly friendly, accommodating and happy to help.<br><br>Buying our first home together is such a huge milestone for us, and Chloe, Jodie, Alex and the team genuinely helped make the whole experience feel straightforward and enjoyable rather than stressful.<br><br>We really appreciate all the hard work, communication and support they gave us throughout the process. 30th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)We sold our flat within 2 days via Furnell , Ben was great in setting up the sale , solid advertising and a very competitive price for there services.<br>The star of the show in there team was Emma who coordinated the sale with our buyer , we received regular updates and Emma was really good at chasing up both solicitors, Emma your a star and this service really makes the Furnell agency stand out ahead of the crowed in the area .<br>It’s excellent customer service , and having moved and sold several times it’s the easiest we have ever had .<br>Ps the local Agent we bought from never contacted us through out the process and was very uncaring.<br>A Big thanks to Furnells . Well done guys .

They assisted my transition out of the property when I moved with quick email responses and helpful information. The team at Northwood are amazing. Would recommend.

31st Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Poorly marketed and didn’t even sell the house, had to go with another agent and within 24 hours had a viewing whereas after 6 weeks with TAUK we had absolutely nothing!
5th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We encountered repeated issues with attention to detail, including property photographs requiring multiple rounds of correction due to obvious editing errors and eventually having to re-photograph the property. On more than one occasion, viewings were not properly prepared, curtains were left closed in a bedroom and there was confusion over access despite key locations having been provided, . We were also made aware that a viewer was left waiting outside because the agent arrived late to the appointment. While the manager responded professionally and apologised when concerns were raised, the overall experience left us feeling that greater organisation, communication and attention to detail were needed.
14th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)I had a postive experience staying at 200, Burley Road. The property is really nice, well maintained and newly refurbished. I always reached out to Lucy in case of any issues (which was very rare) and she resolved it within 2-3 working days.

20th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)The Boston Spa team at Monroe have been wonderful throughout our sale and purchase. As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe.
