14th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)The worst company ever. Does not take care of it's tenants and is negligent in doing necessary repairs. A disgusting agency. Left tenant in the cold. Gave tenant a filthy flat with holes and broken windows, layers of defacation in the toilet, and a non working cooker to name a few. Bricks NEVER repaired or replace even after several pleas and notifications. A bad way to treat a good and responsible tenant. Stay away if you want a responsible landlord. An unethical landlord with no concern. GREEDY

They are always responsive and quick to address any issues or concerns, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Stuart and Gery were especially helpful, understanding, and supportive throughout the process. They were always willing to listen, provide assistance, and find solutions whenever needed. Their excellent communication, reliability, and genuine care for their tenants really make them stand out. I highly recommend renting from them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and considerate team.
