12th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)No called and no showed our first viewing, another viewing there was an issue with the lock and we were told we would be updated within a few days to resolve the issue and get us in for a viewing only to hear nothing. The next week my partner and I had both attempted to contact the branch only to be ignored, 4 weeks on we have still heard nothing back. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience with some of the worst communication I've ever received from a business! Would not recommend

15th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)There was very little communication over a long period after phoning them again and again,despite no viewings taking place. The agent repeatedly asked me to reduce the price, claiming that a previous viewer had said the property was overpriced. However, there had actually been no viewings at all, meaning this feedback could not have been genuine. It felt as though advice was being given to me without any real knowledge or evidence about the property’s market interest.
6th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I have used Robert Oulsnam in the past, and would recommend them to anyone who wants a personal service in selling their home. I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.

11th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience selling my house through Dixons. Throughout the process, Lee was often rude whenever I spoke with him, and his attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Eventually, I told the company that I no longer wanted any communication with him, and things improved after that. I paid around £2,400 to sell my house and was told that this would cover the service. My solicitor was given the same understanding. Very little work appeared to go into the sale. No photos were taken of my property, and as far as I am aware, no marketing was carried out on my behalf. After the sale completed, and around a month after I had already provided statements and the requested paperwork, I was unexpectedly told that I owed an additional £118. This had never been made clear to me during the sale process. The company continued to email me demanding payment and eventually passed the matter to debt collectors. At the time, I was busy renovating my property and did not always have the opportunity to call or deal with additional correspondence, which made the situation even more stressful. Overall, I found the service poor, communication unprofessional, and the additional charge unexpected. 14th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)The family were going through a difficult time after the bereavement of a parent, then the added stress of dealing with the sale of a probate property. Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.

8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I am a property owner working with this property management company. Although our tenant pays the rent on time every month, this company delivers the rent to us with a significant delay. This month, it's been over 15 days and they still haven't sent the rent. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them via email, I receive no response. Furthermore, they are not properly managing processes for us (such as municipal taxes and electricity bills), and because we are unaware of these bills, they have put us in a position where we may face legal action.

She was always responsive to emails and calls whenever I needed her, and consistently professional and informative throughout. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference and really put me at ease. I would highly recommend Encasa to anyone looking to buy a property they’ve been brilliant and helped me secure my first home ??

Moving can be quite stressful, it’s good to know you have incredible people supporting you along the way! Would highly recommend.
