Oliver worked with was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork straightforward, and handed over the keys without any hassle. Overall, the service was smooth and efficient, and I felt well supported at every step. I’m very happy with how everything was handled and would definitely recommend Connells Birmingham to others looking for a property. Specially thanks to Oliver
13th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)I feel compelled to share my experience with Property Link, located at 448 Bordesley Green, B9 5NS, to warn others before considering their services. From the outset, the company demonstrates a lack of transparency and professionalism. Prospective clients are not given adequate time or support to properly review agreements before being pressured into signing contracts. Even more concerning, the fees charged prior to signing are excessively high and feel completely unjustified. Unfortunately, the situation does not improve once tenants move into the property. Any maintenance or repair issues are handled extremely poorly. Requests for repairs are either significantly delayed or outright ignored, leaving tenants in unacceptable living conditions. Communication is particularly frustrating, as calls and messages are frequently disregarded. The conduct of staff members is equally disappointing. Employees often come across as unapproachable, dismissive, and at times disrespectful. This creates an environment where tenants feel unsupported and undervalued. Overall, this company shows a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and consider alternative property management services. Not trustworthy and not recommended.

What can be a nerve racking time i was totally put at ease by his professionalism and knowledge. Hecwent through everything in great detail making sure I got the right mortgage for me and that I totally understood each product. I couldn't recommend him enough ! Thank you Sukie for a great support and customer experience.

Hannah and Sam from the Shirley branch have been absolutely amazing the communication has been soo easy and had instant replies. I definitely recommend these guys so professional so lovely and understanding. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

8th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I used Dixons for the sale of my property. Becky came out and conducted her valuation. Her customer service is amazing, she was very approachable, friendly and professional. Becky was always there to help with all the solicitors paperwork. Naif came and did the viewings, he was always happy and made me feel at ease with the sale. Overall i would reccomend Dixons Yardley.
