8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

6th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Overall I was satisfied with the service as Henley Charles sold my property relatively quickly. I was less impressed with the initial valuation which I felt was inflated. The property eventually sold for £30k less than the valuation they provided. Communication on the whole was good when I could get through to them but there were times when the phone just rang out. I feel a dedicated receptionist would be helpful to alleviate these issues. The team members were all personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend Henley Charles to others as their fees are reasonable and the after sales process was very good indeed.

30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)This is the first estate agent I have ever rented with that I would actively and enthusiastically recommend to other people. At every stage the team have been both professional and personable. Over the 3 years I rented my flat, I found myself pleasantly surprised many a time by handling situations with care for myself and my partner as well as their responsibilities in managing the flat on behalf of our late landlord.<br>I feel like it shouldn't be so rare to find such a genuinely excellent all-round agency like this. Regardless, I can promise you this unicorn is real!<br>Many thanks to Charlotte who handled our end of tenancy inspection expertly and with a couple shared laughs.
27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Highly recommended, from start to finish we had a great experience, Sukie was competent and informative all the way throughout the whole process, as first time buyers everything was explained thoroughly and all queries answered, I cannot recommend him enough. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone very professional and knowledgeable. Happy is an understatement. Thanks again guys we truly appreciate all your hard work.

25th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Just know if you rent with them, your life will be difficult if you need help. This place does not care about you as a person and your needs at all. Whenever you have a complaint they direct you to maintence and you submit a request and won’t hear about it for weeks and months. They don’t care if it’s a problem that is affecting your daily life. They will not follow up, respond to emails, or be of help when you go into their office.

They respond quickly to both the landlord and the tenant which I found rare in today’s service industry. I will continue to work with Sophie, Sara and Mellisa for the years to come. P.S. their social media accounts is also fun to watch.

They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.

The whole Team was fantastic including Fran, Nicola and Laura.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. We were kept in close contact with Fran who was extremely responsive, proactive and always on the ball, keeping us updated every step of the way. We genuinely felt like we were in safe hands throughout the entire process!<br><br>A massive thank you to Fran and team for making buying our first home such a positive experience.
