I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

Ranjit, in particular, was very professional and I was happy to be advised by him. Kavita in the office was pleasant and always answered the 'phone.

I've been a tenant for a very long time with different agencies and these guys and their approach, from the first call through to viewing, the honesty and the proactiveness have been amazing. Especially Madison and Evie, I would strongly recommend them for tenants

The lady Tina who helped us out was amazing from start to finish , when we visited the office all the staff were so helpful and welcoming . 6th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have used Robert Oulsnam in the past, and would recommend them to anyone who wants a personal service in selling their home. I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.

15th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)After a disastrous experience with one of the large estate agent chains, we were introduced to MECs. The team were supportive and considerate throughout our house sale, proactively marketing our property it wasn’t long before viewings resulted in a confirmed buyer. Our agent Sara regularly contacted us with updates and support in pushing the sale through. It was so refreshing to have someone who cared about our sale and they took the stress out of our house sale.<br>We felt really considered through the whole process - a very positive experience - thank you.
21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agency and would strongly encourage anyone considering renting, buying or selling through them to think carefully.<br>After progressing through the rental application process, our application was withdrawn at the very last minute with little communication or explanation. We were then told that the landlord wanted to increase the rent. Despite agreeing to the higher rent to avoid losing the property, the agency failed to keep us informed of the outcome or provide any meaningful updates.<br>The lack of communication and consideration caused an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. We have two young children and had spent the weekend preparing for our move. We were around 90% packed and ready to leave, only to be left in limbo with no answers.<br>To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint about how the situation was handled, but no proper complaints procedure has been followed and no genuine attempt has been made to address or resolve my concerns.<br>I understand that landlords can change their minds and that not every tenancy proceeds as planned. However, the way this agency handled the situation was unprofessional, inconsiderate and lacking in basic communication. A simple update or honest explanation would have made a significant difference.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency. If you're looking to rent, buy or sell through them, be aware that communication and customer care may fall well below what you would reasonably expect.

23rd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very poor communication, do not follow up on instructions from tenant i.e. renew contracts without prior discussion with you despite your request to them not to do this, series of mistakes with no effort to improve. Would not recommend

14th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I recently sold my parents property with Horton & Senate and I cannot leave anything less than a 5 star review - there really should be more stars for these guys! From the very beginning dealing with Justyn and later Jennifer, the team have been fantastic with dealing with the various issued I faced with the sale. They guided and advised me, listened to me when things got tough and helped me through the various meltdowns I had.<br>Thankfully, after what seemed like a very long time, the house finally sold, a very bittersweet day but also one filled with much relief.<br>I honestly cannot recommend Horton & Senate enough if you are looking to sell, or indeed buy a house!<br>A MASSIVE thank you!

From start to finish, the whole journey has been fantastic, and the level of service has been far beyond what I expected.<br><br>A special thank you to Fran, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her communication has been clear, honest and consistent every step of the way. Unlike your average estate agent, Fran genuinely cares about her clients and always went out of her way to keep me updated even when there wasn’t much to report. I never had to chase for information because she was always one step ahead, making sure I knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>There were never any pressure tactics just honest advice, professionalism, and genuine support from someone who clearly takes pride in her work. A huge credit also goes to Fran’s wonderful team, who were equally friendly, helpful and professional throughout. It’s clear they all work together to provide an exceptional service and truly put their clients first.<br><br>If you’re looking to buy or sell a property, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Best in the game by far.
17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Candy in particular was always on the case and communicated well. When things got a little pressued at one point Candy was also a calming influence and just kept focused on getting the job done. Great work and really enjoyed working with Oakmans. Thanks.
15th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We had the pleasure of having support from Dilvinder with our mortage renewal, not only did she take her time to find us the best product she also supported us in doing our Will and life insurance, two of things myself and my partner have been meaning to do but never got round to doing it or knowing where to start. There was never any pressure to agree to either but we knew if we didnt have support to get them done we likely wouldnt have them done at our next renewal so it has made us feel at ease that its sorted now and its two very important things to have in place. Thanks so much Dilvinder for all the work you have put into supporting us you have been a star.
