6th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Overall I was satisfied with the service as Henley Charles sold my property relatively quickly. I was less impressed with the initial valuation which I felt was inflated. The property eventually sold for £30k less than the valuation they provided. Communication on the whole was good when I could get through to them but there were times when the phone just rang out. I feel a dedicated receptionist would be helpful to alleviate these issues. The team members were all personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend Henley Charles to others as their fees are reasonable and the after sales process was very good indeed.

11th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Worst estate agents ever, I tried to rent a house and filled tons of documents. Though they did'nt even call me back for the results and when I call them to learn about it they were pretty rude. Far from being professional dont bother going there.
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)This is the first estate agent I have ever rented with that I would actively and enthusiastically recommend to other people. At every stage the team have been both professional and personable. Over the 3 years I rented my flat, I found myself pleasantly surprised many a time by handling situations with care for myself and my partner as well as their responsibilities in managing the flat on behalf of our late landlord.<br>I feel like it shouldn't be so rare to find such a genuinely excellent all-round agency like this. Regardless, I can promise you this unicorn is real!<br>Many thanks to Charlotte who handled our end of tenancy inspection expertly and with a couple shared laughs.

25th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Just know if you rent with them, your life will be difficult if you need help. This place does not care about you as a person and your needs at all. Whenever you have a complaint they direct you to maintence and you submit a request and won’t hear about it for weeks and months. They don’t care if it’s a problem that is affecting your daily life. They will not follow up, respond to emails, or be of help when you go into their office.

They respond quickly to both the landlord and the tenant which I found rare in today’s service industry. I will continue to work with Sophie, Sara and Mellisa for the years to come. Sadly, I have to mark the overall performance down due to people showing clients around the property disclosing the reserve price of the auction, which should not have been done. I am extremely grateful for Smart Homes communication and due diligence in the process and I must praise Simon. for his dedication and experience of the properties market in the Solihull area.

They kept communication open at every stage, from preparing the listing and handling viewings. Their local knowledge combined with our auction platform gave the property maximum exposure and a great result for the seller and the buyer who is hopefully moving into their new homes this year.<br>A true example of what agents can achieve by collaborating rather than competing. They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
