23rd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I agreed a purchase on 5 Whitburn Avenue which was marketed and confirmed in the memorandum of sale as freehold. After instructing solicitors and incurring costs and a level 2 survey, it later emerged during conveyancing that the property was subject to a short lease of around 12 years, fundamentally affecting value and mortgageability. I withdrew immediately once this came to light. Despite requesting written confirmation that the sale was no longer proceeding, my emails were not responded to. This experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted legal costs. Buyers should independently verify tenure before proceeding.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. We really felt we were in good competent hands and got everything we asked for and more.

14th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I rented a flat in Bromsgrove for a couple of years. Overall, the landlord and maintenance team were helpful with most maintenance issues and were generally responsive when something needed fixing. However, there was an ongoing issue with black mould in the property. This was often attributed to tenant lifestyle, although there were ventilation concerns outside the property, including a vent that was partially covered by concrete which may have contributed to the problem. I also found that whenever I reported issues by email, the landlord would usually respond with a phone call rather than replying in writing. While communication did happen, it meant that concerns and discussions were not always formally logged Reason I moved out because I was having health issues so I would highly suggest looking into the property before

2nd Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)We received fantastic service from Rice Chamberlain. Our property was listed late February 2025 and we completed by the end of June. Sarah was so approachable and helpful. She was amazing in co-ordinating and managing the chain of solicitors and ensuring the communication never broke down between the parties . We really appreciated her advice and judgement. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Sarah and Rice Chamberlain. We feel like we had exceptional service and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that will work in your best interests. Would definitely use again if the need arises.
