However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. 10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)There was no real drive to help sell the property, no regular promotion had to ask and push for it several times. Didn’t do checks with people booked for viewing whether they are able to purchase, a lot of no shows as well.
