14th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Having Louise as a single point of contact made such a difference, attentive, considerate, pragmatic (very much needed in the UK market!) and working alongside you. The journey of selling and purchasing a house can be challenging, however dont underestimate how having the right estate agent on your side can make all the difference. High recommend for Louise from me.
29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

31st May 2025 (1 year ago)Really pleased with the service from Fox & Sons Bournemouth. The team were proactive, professional, and clearly knew the local market well. They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)My house moving was an easy process with Wooley and Wallis. I saw a house, I liked it, made an offer and it was accepted. It fell through when my buyer fell through but luckily I got another offer and that was fine. Staff are all friendly and they gave us a bottle of bubbles on moving day. The rest of the moving process was a complete nightmare but the estate agents were all lovely.

10th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Lawrence and Wendy have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our new home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and no question was ever treated as a silly question. They were always happy to explain things to me and make sure I understood what was happening, which made such a difference, especially when I was feeling overwhelmed. They were always there to help, chase things up when needed and, most importantly, reassure me whenever I started to panic! Their support made the whole process so much less stressful. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better estate agents and would highly recommend Mursells to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the future. Thank you so much, Lawrence and Wendy, for everything you’ve done for us!
