30th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Having never sold a house at auction before, especially one that was over 100 miles from where I live, I expected the process to be fraught with angst!<br>However, Meredith and the rest of the team went above and beyond to explain the process, and provide guidance, support and advice during the process and to bring the sale to a successful conclusion ...thank goodness!<br>Thank you to Meredith and the team - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)I would like to thank the team at Castle Lane for all their hard word, especially Madison and Adam. It wasn't straight forward as our buyer solicitors were poorly and this caused several problems. The team were very professional and thoughtful and did everything in their power to get this transaction sorted efficiently. Thank you once again for everything.

30th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Not very good. Not very proactive and little to no feedback. Would not recommend. They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. Left them and sold with another agent.
1st May 2026 (5 mo. ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Very disapointed with the service. We picked this agency because of the positive reviews. We signed up on a 13 week contract. At the end of the contract littlewoods never contacted us to see if we wanted to renew it. We assumed they were not intrested in signing a new contract and had lost interest in selling the property. We ended up e mailing them and asking for the keys back, and told them we felt that they had lost interest in the property. They replied and said they would drop the keys of the following day. This never happened, and we ended up having to call in and pick up the keys. Very dissapointing.

11th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

We spotted a house we loved the look of in a social media post and she kindly organised a same day, off market viewing over the weekend so that we could secure it with an accepted offer same day! Appreciated her transparency and approach to helping both buyer and seller to have an easy experience in a difficult market.

We have been so impressed at how stress-free our next move has been, all thanks to the hard work of David & Claire. The personal service provided is second to none.

It was a tough market and had a couple of fall throughs but these guys stuck with it, always realistic and proactive.<br>Communication was fantastic, always updating us and keeping in touch. Would recommend page estates to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Even before the meeting it was clear that Darcie had taken the trouble to ensure that safe and comfortable parking had bee arranged for us. She was also punctual and exuded a professional, polite and cheerful disposition. Having viewed several previous properties with different agents, we were pleasantly surprised with the in depth knowledge Darcie had gained in respect of the property we were viewing.<br><br>We had prepared a list of questions, some of which had a technical or legalistic style, Darcie handled these questions in a calm and helpful way. She was confident and well read on the subjects. She was also diplomatic when dealing with questions that touched on matters of privacy and rights of others. For example explaining the background to adjoining land acquisition and the way in which this was outside of her remit.<br><br>In short Darcie represented her company with an easy going but knowledgeable style. She was never pushy and this added to her credibility, In our opinion she is an absolute credit to Fox and Sons Fordingbridge
