12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Although we ended up not letting from HomeXperts in Worcester, we were extremely grateful for Jason's willingness to make things work and come to a compromise when it came to dates, prices, etc. He also offered different properties that we may not have seen online to give us more options than what we had originally thought. If you are looking to move to the Worcester area, I highly recommend giving HomeXperts a chance as Jason was highly professional. Thank you again, Jason!

1st Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Unfortunately the flats surrounding us are let by IPS. After contacting them three times over six months to cut back their Bush on the front yard which was nlocking the walkway, they finally came and sorted it, but left a giant bag of branches, leaves, and sticks in front of our flat, which were there for over two months. Not only this, but the bush was cut back to stumps, which looks hideous outside our flat... When they did collect the bag, they left behind hundreds of leaves which had now been dragged right across the front yard, and onto the street, leaving a mess which we will probably have to tidy ourselves... If being slow to react and pure laziness are traits you've always dreamt of in your landlord/estate agents, then IPS will definitely be ready to hear from you.

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with! We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos. We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner. We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.
