Helen made the whole process effortless, nothing was ever too much trouble, questions were answered quickly, and she facilitated numerous viewings for us without ever making us feel like an inconvenience.<br><br>It has been a genuine pleasure doing business with Bagshaws, and Helen is a true unicorn amongst the majority of, frankly, abysmal estate agents we’ve come across!<br><br>Professional, friendly, responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. 26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Homemove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
1st Nov 2025 (1 year ago)Well it all started good. Then when you try to phone, your call constantly goes to voicemail. They say they return all calls, well this was not the case. At the end of the 16 week contract we split with Woodward. We thought going for a small local company would be a good idea, this was unfortunately a bad idea. We did not sell, when was got the keys returned, rather than talk to us, to have any feedback, literally they posted the keys through the letterbox and ran off. Bad experience in general. I would not recommend.

20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

We first met Ed when viewing a house that he was marketing, and we immediately appreciated his approach: pro-active and on the ball, but not pushy. Some time later, when we were looking to switch agents to refresh the marketing of our own property, we thought of Ed. In our case, he knew exactly how to present the house at its best and highlight the features likely to appeal to potential buyers. We were sold subject to contract within a couple of weeks, and moved not long after. Thanks Ed! We would highly recommend Argyle Property Associates to anyone looking for an estate agent in the Beeston area.
17th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Georgia at Belper office was absolutely brilliant. She was the only professional in our house chain that pushed to get information and get the deal over the line. One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.

21st May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

18th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Your Move, Belper, were exceptionally helpful and professional in every aspect of the sale, from the initial valuation through to the final sale. We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos. We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner. We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.
