During my time with Leonards I encountered many personalities all of which form the team that drives the sale, each have their own strengths and roles which, when combined, create something quite formidable, what I witnessed was teamwork at it's very best. If you have the good fortune to have Neil deal with any aspect of your sale then you can rest assured you are in good hands. 22nd Oct 2026 (8 days ago)For clarity, our experience was with Enfields Luxe in 2025, before the business transferred from Enfields Leeds Ltd to Enfields North Ltd. The business has since continued under the same name and management.<br><br>We paid Enfields premium fees for a service we largely ended up managing ourselves.<br><br>Only after signing were we told they didn’t conduct evening viewings, with very limited weekend availability. Consequently, we conducted the majority of viewings ourselves.<br><br>Communication and sales progression were consistently poor. Even our buyer resorted to contacting us directly for updates.<br><br>Enfields initially rejected our formal complaint. Following nearly 11 months with The Property Ombudsman, whose adjudicator indicated our complaints regarding viewings and communication were likely to be upheld, Enfields North agreed to a £350 settlement.<br><br>They subsequently described this as a “gesture of goodwill”.<br><br>I would not recommend Enfields.

16th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I found Simon to be extremely amiable and accommodating but, I am afraid the communication afterwards was poor. The very few conversations we had were predominantly instigated by me. We only had one viewing which I was told was because the market is slow. I am not sure how proactive Simon was with trying to sell my property. I do realise it seems properties are not selling as quickly in the present climate.
