They did a great job with the photos and the listing, and provided regular updates and excellent communication throughout. Shout-out to Millie, Hope and Amber for providing exceptional service at all times. Would wholeheartedly recommend to all.
26th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)We hired this agency to sell our house because we originally bought it through them (they helped us bid the highest, so we thought they'd do the same for us as sellers). Big mistake. First, we found out our house was already listed on the market before they even told us. Then, on the day of viewings, we got a call from a staff member named Isobel saying most of their team were away on holiday, so we, the sellers, had to do the viewings ourselves. This was after Chris from the agency specifically promised us they would handle all viewings. We were in London at the time, had to cancel important meetings, and drive 6 hours back through heavy traffic, only for many of the viewings to be cancelled anyway. We lost all sales momentum. They never apologized. They blamed the market instead. After three months, we ended the contract, even though we still had to pay the photography fee. The photographer they sent was unprofessional , he refused to take off his shoes even after being asked three times, and never apologized. The photos were terrible, the editing was poor, and we had to redo them at least three times. I would not recommend this agency to anyone whether selling or renting. Years in the business doesn't mean experience or competence.

18th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)I have recently used Dee & Atkinson in Beverley for both renting out and the sale of my flat. All the team are professional, efficient and always prompt at returning phone calls and emails. Great service
8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)

Moving from Cornwall to York, I trusted them not to take advantage of me, given that I couldn’t see the property in person before renting it. What I was greeted by was scarcely believable, as you can see from the photos. They routinely ignored me when I asked to have things fixed, and lied to me when I asked them to contact the landlord, stating they had contacted them when they hadn’t. Use Ashtons instead. They were exemplary when I used them instead. My old landlord has even left Bridgfords to take his business to Ashtons as well. Pathetic, shameless company. Avoid.

It is without doubt a very cool and difficult market but through collective endeavours, positive input and ongoing communication we achieved success and selling above what was anticipated. Communication was always clear and efficient, and any queries I had were handled quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that are both organised and approachable, and who clearly care about providing a high standard of service. Everyone at Jigsaw has always been helpful and easy to work with, which made the whole experience very smooth. Myah especially was a pleasure to deal with but the whole team are amazing. A big thank you to the entire team, I would highly recommend Jigsaw Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agency!
