25th May 2023 (3 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

Especially impressed by the quality of the viewings where are assigned viewing agent knew our property in and out, and was able to guage interest extremely effecitvely

12th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)We changed to FSS from another agent who we were not happy with. FSS were efficient, always pick up the phone when you call and always available to do viewings. They give sound advice and we would recommend them to anyone.

Through ill health, I constantly needed assistance to guide me through the process of form completion and uploading of documents. Nothing seemed to bother her, she was so professional, polite and took the time to explain in detail what was required. She followed up on every call and email and took personal responsibility to ensure the process of being a guarantor for my daughter went as smooth as possible. After letting our house for 30 months (the rental was expertly managed by Beadnall Copley) we decided to go to market. We knew it might be difficult to sell the now empty property as work needed to be done to sell it, and that we would need extra help and support in arranging this, having moved to the other end of the country. Thanks to Stacey Reynolds and her colleagues at Beadnall Copley in Wetherby the necessary work was undertaken and we have now completed on the sale of the property. The team are easy to contact, communicate well and always on top of issues as and when they arise, and they completely understand the changing property market. They have immense experience paired with local knowledge and could recommend/contact tradespeople for all the required works that we needed to be undertaken; their service is above and beyond what would be expected. They come with solutions not problems and have absolutely got the balance right, between being personable and friendly but also totally professional. We would recommend Beadnall Copley 100% and without any reservation.

From our very first viewing right through to completion, our experience with Roundthwaite & Woodhead has been first class. We had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Pearson throughout the entire process, and she was simply outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and couldn’t have done more to help us every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. What impressed us even more was that Sue took the time to check in with us after completion to make sure we were settled and happy with our purchase. That level of care and customer service is becoming increasingly rare and was very much appreciated. Having bought many properties over the years, we’ve dealt with numerous estate agents, but Roundthwaite & Woodhead have genuinely outshone them all. Their professionalism, communication and personal approach have been exceptional from start to finish. 18th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)I asked Banks Long to act in the sale of a commercial property south of Lincoln and they achieved a fantastic result in excess of initial expectations delivering an excellent service throughout on a sale that had a few complications. I was kept informed at all times and although the sale took longer than anticipated this was not due to their efforts. Very pleased with what has been achieved and it is hoped the sale will help the buyers business grow. First class service from start to finish.
