No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses

So we were very pleased to place the sale of our property in the hands of the staff there. They were extremely efficient and couldn't be more helpful with any issues that arose during the process. Communications, a critical issue for those coping with the stress of selling or buying properties, was outstanding at all times. 6th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)This is the second time I have used Taylor and Henderson for the sale of a property and they continue to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home

7th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)I just wanted to say, very early stages, but I just phoned to enquire about a property and the lady I spoke with was so knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. I have had disappointing experiences with Taylor and Henderson, who were borderline rude and genuinely seemed to have no interest in selling the properties or any information at all. I was actually dreading calling another estate agent and I was so pleasantly surprised by how good Coast were.

1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)If you’re a person of color, please steer clear from doing any business with this agency. I went for a house viewing yesterday with my husband and the landlord who showed us the property proceeded to go on about how multiculturalism in Britain disgusts her and she hates hearing multiple different languages in public settings and that high crime rates are to blame for this. This was all said completely unprovoked. If this is what she’s comfortable with expressing to complete strangers in a professional setting, I’d hate to see how she treats her tenants. Avoid at all costs, especially if you’re not Scottish, as this seems to provoke a very visceral reaction from her.<br><br>Edit to add: I will say upon calling and reporting this to Lime Green directly, the woman I spoke to was absolutely lovely and assured me that this is not a reflection of how they do business. But regardless, this type of behavior, especially in a professional environment needs to be addressed and taken seriously.

They put a high quality schedule together of my property and my house sold in no time at all and they got me a great offer.
