6th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things

15th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????
3rd Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Dealing with the Slater Hogg team was straightforward and re-assuring that our property was in the right hands. Regular updates were provided from several staff members in a timely, polite and informative way. I would recommend them for future use.

1st Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Used Thorntons for last purchase in 2008. Staff all changed but they have retained the steadfast approach to all their services. Friendly professional and extremely efficient. Glad I stayed with them.

11th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)I found the Estate Agent staff to be totally unhelpful to the point of being obstructive. Once you have made your offer, they will not let you into the premises again for measurements etc until the missives are signed - which only gives you days. During this time, a tree from a neighbouring property collapsed into the property I was buying. This was pointed out to Andersons staff, but because the missives had then been signed (the only time I could get in!), it was MY problem. I found them to be abrupt on the phone and extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone who asks.

Although I had an idea of what I wanted for my wedding ring, which did not seem much out of the ordinary, I was finding it difficult to find what I wanted in the usual places. eventually I found Liam's website and an example of what I had been thinking about already present. I was then able to book a one to one session to go over size and material as well as costs and timings at short notice (between lockdowns). This was followed up by another individual sit down with the team to ensure I was happy with the ring as it was being made to order for me. I was allowed see the digital mock-up, select the materials and everything else you might want. I was given advice on what combinations would work, how to care for the material and everything was carried out in a highly professional manner.
