They were interested in us and the property and worked with us to find the best way to market our property. We would definitely recommend Fisher German and shall certainly use them again in the future if there is a need, they definitely go above and beyond!

Especially with us not being from the area, she went above and beyond to give us insights and advice on the areas of town in which we were looking. And during the offer/sale process, even though she was representing the seller, we felt like she really had our interests as buyers at heart, as well. Super professional, but also engaging with us in a way that let us know she understood what a big step buying our first home was for us. She couldn't have been kinder, more supportive, or more helpful. And based on the little interaction we've had with other staff at Molyneux, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people, or to use them again ourselves if and when we're looking to sell our home, or purchase a new one. I really can't say enough great things about this company. I'd rate them even more than five stars if I was able.
7th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)I have dealt with many Estate Agents but Jones Peckover has proven to be the best I have dealt with. The communication was outstanding, was always kept up to date by either phone or email. There have been some staff changes over the last couple of years in Denbigh, but I do have to say the Abergele Manger was outstanding, friendly, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would definitely recommend Jones peckover after the service I received.

5th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Good selling pitch, however it was almost impossible to contact anybody after signingup, all communication from them was via email and no one would phone back despite numerous emails begging for someone to call.
I would highly recommend Sass and Co .I had lots and lots of viewings and accepted an offer after only a few months. . However things on my buyers side did not run smoothly , and the chain fell over . It took less than a day for a new for sale sign to go up and to be reinstated on rightmove . And only two days before I had a new buyer . In the end I sold to the original buyer . Throughout the whole process Andrea was always available or promptly replied , totally professional, incredibly helpful ; sorting out surveyor , solicitor and mediating with all parties on my behalf . Thank you Andrea so much.

24th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Terrible. There was no communication unless I Initiated it and obviously no interest in even trying to sell our house. At 9 months pregnant this was very stressful

She communicated our queries to the landlady and came back with the assurance that we were looking for. Throughout the whole process we were guided along the way to a successfully acceptance by the landlady of the property that we were applying to rent. To Helen we wish her our kindest Regards.
