Joshua Smaje was especially helpful throughout, friendly, responsive and always happy to answer questions or help with anything we were unsure about.<br>Moving house is never completely stress-free, but Joshua made the whole process feel much easier and more straightforward. In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. I would use Constables again without hesitation.

Adam stood out from day one: professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. He attended nearly every viewing, provided immediate and constructive feedback, and made subtle but very effective changes to our marketing. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment made the whole process smoother. We’d absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.

We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.

30th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)Newsome Homes were one of three estate agencies I asked for valuations and selling details. Their valuation was significantly higher than the other two (by £50k); I took the plunge and went for their high valuation. Result: 8 viewings and 3 offers at the asking price within 24 hours! So a very successful experience with them! A couple of minor niggles: after the initial sale agreement they didn't keep me well informed of progress and in spite of repeated requests, they did not remove the for sale board as I had asked.
