They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful at every stage of the process. Both Michaela & Sophie consistently worked on our behalf to keep things moving, provide updates and resolve issues quickly. They made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. We would happily recommend them to anyone selling their home.

24th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)I viewed a property with them, it was sold stc the following day, despite me saying I'd offer the full asking price and they didn't even have the decency to let me know because 'they didn't have time'. They had enough time to update their website and rightmove though, strangely enough. Appalled with their professionalism.

Cameron Rose was friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home. Rather than simply showing us the property, he listened to our requirements, answered all our questions, and offered to help us find a house that better matches our needs. We really appreciated his approach, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile.

We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

The team was professional, responsive, and helpful in keeping communication flowing throughout the process. They did a good job progressing matters and arranging the practical aspects of the purchase efficiently. They were particularly helpful at the 11th hour when a number of issues arose and they liaised with the vendor and solved the issues quickly. While it was naturally clear they were acting on behalf of the sellers, we appreciated their support and assistance in helping the transaction reach completion smoothly.
