She was super informative and explained everything clearly, but also made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuinely enjoyable. We really clicked with her and felt like we were in good hands throughout. She was professional, personable and just lovely to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience!

They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful at every stage of the process. Both Michaela & Sophie consistently worked on our behalf to keep things moving, provide updates and resolve issues quickly. They made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. We would happily recommend them to anyone selling their home.

I've worked with all of them and can attest personally and professionally.<br>So I was pleasantly surprised to meet Tom from Prys Jones Abergele.<br>Tom is a friendly, knowledgeable and professional property agent with obvious knowledge of the local market.<br>He went far beyond any agent I've worked with to help us find the right property.<br>We will be working with Tom in the future whether that's at Prys Jones or another agent.<br>I will say that initially we were dealing with Rhyddian who was everything I've come to expect from estate agents, the polar opposite of Tom. Rhyddian knew nothing about the properties he was marketing and seemed entirely uninterested in selling houses. Rhyddian is the reason this is a four star review rather than five, it would be lower but that felt unfair to Tom.<br>The office staff otherwise were friendly and professional.

Nothing was ever too much of an ask and she was always at the end of the phone when needed, even outside of working hours. We can’t thank Dawn and Charlotte enough for the support and would highly recommend!!

2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Absolutely avoid<br><br>The most unprofessional and unhelpful letting agency I think I have ever encountered.<br><br>Our experience with Butters John Bee has been appalling from start to finish. Calls and emails have repeatedly been ignored, sometimes for months, and we have then been told that they have “no information” about issues that we had already reported and chased multiple times. The complete lack of communication and accountability is frankly unacceptable.<br><br>Maintenance issues were left unresolved for months, despite being reported. There was very little urgency or concern shown, and we were left feeling as though tenants simply aren’t a priority once the rent is being paid.<br><br>Unfortunately, the problems continued when we tried to leave the property. We were not provided with the correct information regarding the notice requirements, and despite repeatedly trying to contact them and clarify the situation, we were ignored for months. We were then left dealing with the consequences of information and communication failures that were completely outside of our control.<br><br>What has been particularly disappointing is the complete lack of care or helpfulness throughout the process. From our experience, it genuinely feels as though their primary concern is collecting the rent, rather than the welfare, circumstances or concerns of the people actually living in the properties they manage.<br><br>A letting agency should communicate with its tenants, deal with maintenance issues promptly, provide accurate information and actually be willing to help when problems arise. Unfortunately, we experienced none of this consistently.<br><br>We have spent far too much time chasing emails, making calls and trying to get basic answers to issues that should never have become this difficult in the first place.<br><br>If you are considering renting through Butters John Bee, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Based on our experience, avoid them at all costs.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, helpful, professional.and efficient- 4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Williams Estate Agents have been brilliant from the start to the end of the process. From measuring up, posting the for sale signs and sending over documents so you can put the house on line, to getting all the relevant paper work sorted. The best part about it has been the personal service. At no point when I phoned them to ask questions did I feel like I was annoying them, they explained everything to me, were always friendly and happy to hear from me. Thank you very much to all the team I've dealt with at Williams.

Both very knowledgeable about the house we bought and kept us updated through the house purchase. Can’t fault the service and would recommend using Elwy based on this experience. Due to this experience we have also recommended and used Elwy again for family members.

We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.

4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We've had a really positive experience with William Gleave Estate Agents. From the very beginning, whole team was friendly and approachable. Matt kept us updated throughout the process, answered all our questions patiently and did everything he could to make sure we were able to move into the property well before the start date of my new job. The property was still undergoing renovation when we were due to move in, but Matt worked hard to make sure everything was ready on time so we could move in as planned. On moving day, we had a problem with the key box code. Matt came over himself and handed us the keys which was a huge help and took a lot of stress out of the situation. Thank you to Matt and everyone at William Gleave Estate Agents. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

1st Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Great service would highly recommend them for selling tenanted properties specifically. Property sold in around 30 days and completion took place shortly after. Offloading another 2 properties with Let Properties now.
2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Despite clear instructions following 2 aborted sales due to prospective buyers losing their sellers , that Idris were only to introduce cash buyers or those whose own homes were well advanced down the sold route, they deliberately misled me with a buyer who was not in fact in the latter category at all. This went in for 4 months losing me the opportunity to market at peak house buying season with another firm keep the property on the open market. They also failed to chase the buyer or their solicitor for information and keep on top of it and did not communicate regularly with me without having to be contacted first. I would not recommend them. When complaining about this latest debacle and advising them I was withdrawing the property, they sent an e mail with a list of people who had viewed my property stating that if any of them purchased it in the future they expected commission. There was no apology for their failures. Having used them for 2 previous property sales in the past 3 years this outcome was sadly a sign of poor long term business practice
