19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.
29th Mar 2026 (24 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Simon highly enough as a property manager. Throughout my tenancy, he was consistently professional and incredibly responsive. The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.

Emily kept us up to date with all the ongoing proceedings and the process from initial valuation to marketing and completion went without a hitch. Well deserved 5 stars.

Through to a sale -The Street app for appointments with back up phone calls and reminders.The office are knowledgeable and helpful in your case . Very happy -thank you Humphreys!!

She was super informative and explained everything clearly, but also made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuinely enjoyable. We really clicked with her and felt like we were in good hands throughout. She was professional, personable and just lovely to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience!

5th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Margaret & George are great to deal with .We had a long drawn out experience but more the buyers solicitors dragging things along ,not the estate agent .Also the 1st accepted offer on our property fell through .The government need to look at how this is allowed ,costing sellers a lot of wasted money & time .<br>Margaret has been great from start to finish .Always responding to calls & emails .<br>Thank you Molyneux Wrexham ,we got there in the end !!

Nothing was ever too much of an ask and she was always at the end of the phone when needed, even outside of working hours. 3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We were buying a property that Wingetts were the agents for the sellers, their advice and service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble , all the staff were polite and knowledgeable, but a special praise must go to Shaun, every query we had , he was always there with an answer . A great team, would strongly recommend them
30th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Appalling service absolutely no interest in my requirements- gave me the details of The property I requested but made no effort to discuss any requirements or look at any kind of possible matches- I tried to call to discuss what I would have liked - gave my details for a director to call back and they didn’t bother<br>This shows total lack of care and quite frankly rather embarrassing for such a considered reputable local business

Highly recommend them!

12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)They only care about properties to sell, rentals tho they half arse and don’t really care about, they will leave you in the dark ghost you and not update you, you have to go out of your way to make sure they do there job and even then it’s luck of the draw if they do or don’t …. Letting agents no wonder they have a bad reputation….
