19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.
29th Mar 2026 (4 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Simon highly enough as a property manager. Throughout my tenancy, he was consistently professional and incredibly responsive. The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.

I wouldn’t use the again but the employees are approachable and kind. Sophie was amazing, she offered us some great advice and made sure the process ran soomthly throughout. I would 100% reccomend Keystone for your buying needs. They were all so lovely but a big shout out to Sophie who got us into our first home so quick!

We were dealing with a girl named Fiona and it’s like she’s gone out of her to not help since we turned down a property we didn’t even apply for in an area we have no intention of living. After calling they don’t check emails, but can write on Facebook wishing members of staff a happy birthday ??????

17th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)They advertised the address of the property including house number, which is very unusual and we didnt want. It prompted someone who wanted to buy some our furniture to turn up at the door. They promise to get to your house early to ensure the house is warm enough and will bring props if needed - this hasnt happend. They don't appear to do accompanied viewings at a weekend. One of their staff told us that they didnt think a couple viewing could afford our house as they were too young - a mistake, and a bad attitude.
