9th Apr 2026 (24 weeks ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service
