27th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Sanj at Avenues was professional, timely, knowledgable & attentive to the market. He went above and beyond at no extra charge. We were living abroad when selling and he kept an eye on the property for us to cover our insurance requirements and responded positively to other requests we made. He was very quick to respond to emails and follow up queries or chase solicitors for us. He helped us achieve the price we were looking for very quickly, and guided us through the process seamlessly. Fabulous service all round.
29th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Initial interactions were good - first visit, advertising and finding a tenant. Day to day management has been appalling - long response times, bad attitude, rude, inefficient (staff don't know what other staff are doing), have caused problems by promising things to my tenant and then refusing to follow through, not impressed with their service for repairs - told me they had trades people they regularly use but provided very expensive quotes so I ended up having to employ my own trades people to undertake any work. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid!
13th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)I was impressed with Lianne's honesty initially and she managed to find a cash buyer for our property quickly. At the time we instructed her/Woodhead And Co, she promised a £500 refund off her fee if I left a video review of her company. I agreed to this. The sale of our property completed and for that I am grateful to Lianne. It was not an easy property to sell. After completion and several requests to make said video review, at first this seemed like it would be accommodated but then the company went cold and didn't honour an arranged meeting to make the video and then ignored my subsequent enquiries as to what had happened. Therefore I can not leave the positive review I had intended to leave before this final treatment of a discarded client..png)

11th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.
