8th Mar 2019 (7 years ago)Awful and a complete waste of time, we were running slightly late because of really bad traffic so had pushed our viewing back to 5pm and arrived at the property a few minutes before hand, we went to see if someone was in the property but no answer so called the agent back to which they said "we waited till 5 but we're now back at the office so we'd have to rearrange" I was curious as I said to the agent it's actually 5pm now so how did someone stick around till 5? They then hung up ..... Safe to say I feel bad for whoever is selling that property as this is horrific service. I'm not best pleased that it took us 45 mins to get there to be let down. I will not be wasting my time with that company again

24th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)I’ve rented properties from knights for 9 years now, they are amazing. The girls are so friendly and always on the ball with anything that needs doing in the house, so helpful and understanding, I can’t recommend them enough.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.
3rd May 2022 (4 years ago)After 38 years in our house we were not aware how hands on estate agents were. Pygott & Crone we’re very professional but friendly and helpful from the start. The man assigned to us was always there to answer questions or visit if needed.

Nicola was very helpful from the start with the initial viewing and then again at the second viewing, The whole application was straight forward and we were updated throughout. Even on move in day Nicola went out of her way to accommodate as well as bringing us flowers and chocolate's to enjoy in our new home.

15th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)I used Emma Terry to sell my fathers house. I fairness to Emma she did a good job and got a good price for it in my opinion. I then went back to her with a view to sell my house which is much larger in Lowdham. I initially had a valuation on my property at the same time she valued my fathers. As she had done a good job on my first sale then I thought I would use her again. Unfortunately when I contacted her by e mail to ask her about the sale of my property and valuation and fees. I was contacted by email stating it was the same valuation as previously given a few months before and no negotiation on fees despite being a more expensive property than the first one she had sold. I t would have been more of a personal touch if she could have found time to have a personal call. The property was hugely undervalued and sold for £100K more than her valuation.

6th Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this business based on our experience. Our property was occupied by individuals without our authorisation, despite our clear instructions that no one was to be staying there. We also paid for property inspections that, in our experience, were not carried out as agreed. This did not reflect the service or the contractual obligations we expected Houzly to fulfil. When we regained possession of the property, we discovered damage that had not been identified or reported to us. This was particularly concerning because Houzly had previously assured us that the property was in immaculate condition. Most concerning of all, when we entered the property, we found a man living there with his personal belongings and furniture. We had never authorised him to occupy the property, and he did not have a tenancy agreement with us. We were informed that he had been given access to the property by Houzly. We later became aware that he was a business associate of Houzly’s owner in a separate business venture, which raised further concerns for us about how our property had been managed. Overall, we found the service to be unprofessional, communication to be poor, and key responsibilities to have been neglected. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again and cannot recommend its services.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
