Shavaie was always easily accessible with very prompt replies to queries. In the latter stages of the purchase process, we felt like the agents were keeping on top of everything with good overview, and ultimately everything went completely smoothly. Thank you!

She kept us well informed and went out of her way to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. We had several other agents provide us with valuations, Alice the branch manager was the most realistic and we’ve managed to sell within 4 weeks of being on the market. We did our own viewings and between all of the staff they organised our viewings so well so everything was plain sailing for us on the day. Ethan Bexon has been dealing with our sale from the first viewing through to negotiating a great price we were more than happy to accept. It really felt like Ethan was acting for us and not the buyer when negotiating. He has made selling completely stress free which is exactly what we needed. I’d highly recommend Frank Innes Mapperley – Thank you so much to all of you!

19th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)It’s definitely the best agency I’ve had. I’ve used quite a few across the country, from South to North, and this one stands out. They’re efficient, and the staff are always friendly and helpful, in special Kirsty . Whenever I report a problem in the house, they respond quickly and get it fixed straight away. We also have a cleaner every two weeks, and everything runs smoothly. When I first moved in, both the room and the house were spotless, quite and fully furnished with everything I needed. The whole letting process was straightforward and pleasant. I’m very happy overall. 15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Thanks to Francesca and her letting team, including Gabrielle and Jayde for the friendly and professional service, letting out our three bedroom house in Beeston. The marketing worked well and new tenants were found within two weeks of putting the property on the market. I thought getting the house ready in time for the tenants to move in right after Easter would be a challenge, given repairs, decoration and change of carpets. It was well managed, and their contractors knew what is required for a let property and did a very good job.

In particular I would like to thank Marta for her professional approach to all the aspects of selling the property, in particular, keeping me informed, negotiating and finally selling the property. After the sale was completed, it was then passed over to kirsten, who overseas the completion of the sale, kirsten deals with the solicitors, on both sides which is quite a difficult task, once again very professional and kept me informed from start to finish, so thankyou once again Mr A Meakin

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)I have never had any encounters with this company but the people who drive the vans have disgraceful attitudes when driving, just today a driver who didn’t want to let me merge, followed me home and threatened my life. These drivers need to learn that they represent the company and need ti be dealt with.
