Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

29th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Not a good idea. Did very little. They get paid whether they sell or not. Not really any incentive. Had to pay even though they achieved nothing. Save your money and go with a estate agent who earns their fee for selling your house they only get paid for their results so they work hard to obtain the best result for you

Lee himself went the ‘extra mile’ spending a lot of time doing a live video tour with the buyer, who lived out of town. He regularly called to check on the property, which was empty, in his own time, on his way home from work and he called me with feedback and advice after viewings.
