11th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)The house didn’t sell, I took off and went on with a different agent. Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins
8th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)The support of the estate agent was the most important part of this sale transaction for me, because I was selling the property as Executor for my father's estate, and I live overseas. Therefore I needed a trustworthy, professional, diligent estate agent, with reliable swift communications and effective marketing skills. Haart in Dereham fulfilled all of these requirements admirably, and I was delighted with a smooth and successful transactional outcome. In particular, I must mention Elton the Manager for his enthusiastic attention to the initial listing and creative photography skills which showed the property in excellent graphic detail. And also Roxy the sales administrator, who was always on hand to coordinate between myself, the buyers and the conveyancers. Her friendly, polite and efficient support was priceless! Overall, I unconditionally reccomend the Haart Dereham team for anyone who is selling or buying a house in their area!

4th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Very personable agents, great market research and spot on with their valuation. They had good knowledge of the local market and put together a great advert for the property.
22nd Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Friendly efficient and prepared to go that extra mile to help and sell our property. Genuinely care about what they're doing and who they represent.

6th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)I've been really impressed by the responsiveness of Think! and in particular Becky who oversees their branches in Thorpe & Costessey. They have excellent local knowledge & the experience wasn't at all salesy. We've been kept updated throughout & they've proven easy to reach. We've both had plenty of experience selling properties so this is refreshing and reassuring. We had looked at a few larger local competitors, but with the only one that had more houses listed in the area we were concerned by that agent's financial position (& even if we weren't buyers might be) & closure of their branches – that other agent also proved difficult to get hold of. Think! proved the right choice & willing to work with us throughout.
