14th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Constantly having to chase them up to get new tenants in. Towards the end on one tenancy, after hearing nothing I phoned up and Aaron said "oh would you like us to list it to get a new tenant?" WHAT? Not a good experience.

4th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Property went "live" and we had 2 viewings within 24 hours. Our property sold the following day. Buyers had to wait 6 months to move as we had to wait for our new property to be completed. Progress updated to buyer on regular basis and sale went through generally without bother (a few usual bumps in the road with solicitors, etc) but all completed successfully.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

12th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would like to thank the team for their support and communication throughout my tenancy and move-out process. Moving house can be very stressful, especially while buying a new home at the same time, but the agency was always polite, approachable, and willing to respond to questions when needed. I especially appreciated the professional handling of the checkout process and the clear communication regarding the deposit updates. Although there were a few delays waiting for landlord responses, the agency kept me informed and remained helpful throughout, which I truly appreciated. Thank you again for your professionalism and support. I wish the whole team all the best for the future.
