15th May 2025 (1 year ago)I found Brittons to be the better of the Estate Agents that we dealt with. The others we used were just number crunchers to make their figures look good on paper. Their communication from the start was far superior than all the others.

22nd Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.

8th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Fantastic estate agents who really know their stuff. I was given honest advice from the offset regarding pricing of my property, the photos and brochure were fantastic. The tram worked really hard and secured an offer before the property even went live. I was regularly updated on progress, Overall great experience would highly recommend.

23rd Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
28th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)I'd just like to share my experience with this company. I rented a beautiful cottage through Hix at a very fair price. It was a dream come true for me. I was there for roughly 6 years. Hix were the nicest most accessible and responsive company to work with. It helped them that I took good care of the cottage and in return they treated me with the greatest respect and actioned any jobs quickly. The only reason I left my lovely cottage was because I met a lovely lady and we set up home together and we're still there. If I had to rent again, Hix would be my first port of call. Thanks ladies!

5th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)The best experience I have ever had with an estate agent (buyer). Jamie and Chloe both worked really hard and efficiently in both their communication and expertise. I was kept fully updated at all times and was supported through the entire process both pre and after sales. When I come to sell my property, I won’t be looking elsewhere.

6th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very unprofessional customer service called on the day house went on the market to request booking for viewing and got my number taking and when called back few days later been told they don’t take bookings already offer on place but couldn’t be bothered to get in touch with me to inform me .

16th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was not empressed to poor commucation and also the new changes in renting rights fail here with this estate agents regards to everyone whom have a booking to view a property should be able to see the property and have a chance to apply, to which did not happen my viewing was canceled due to the property was letted. Then i was kind being push to view different property to which i was not interested in. The council says try private rented places whilst my application is being change due my sitution that has changed. So i will be informing council of poor excuses i was given that was given in our email exchange ...
