23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We had 2 valuations, which were both the same ,though we decided to go with Masons because they included a number of things which were additional costs elsewhere. Also we bought this house from Masons and were very pleased with them as buyers. All staff are friendly and polite and helpful. We have had monthly revies and good feedback from them on the state of the market.
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Well they got the job done in the end. But a mixture of a high valuation and very passive engagement with the market meant it took a long time to sell. Fair but not great communication and engagement during the process. The only two viewings that both led to acceptable offers, only came in the final weeks before we changed agency!

23rd Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
14th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Constantly having to chase them up to get new tenants in. Towards the end on one tenancy, after hearing nothing I phoned up and Aaron said "oh would you like us to list it to get a new tenant?" WHAT? Not a good experience.

Georgina has been extremely professional, very open and honest and always available either by email or telephone which I believe is of great importance when dealing with a house sale or purchase.
