8th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)They are the managing agent for the property I rent. I always find them polite, responsive and they get any issues resolved quickly.
12th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

28th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)A huge thank you to Matt, Pippa, Joy and Jack at Edge Goodrich for everything they have done to sell out house and support us through the entire process. From the initial consultation with Matt, to preparing for market, the production of the brochure and eventually securing the sale their approach has been nothing but highly professional. This was most evident once the sale had been agreed and everything slowed down due to issues in the chain and this is where it was important to have hard-working, diligent individuals pushing on our behalf. We are so happy everything has now been completed but cannot thank everyone at Edge enough.

16th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would never sell a house with anyone but Lee and his amazing team We went on the market and sold within 3 days above asking price His reputation and contacts and personal touch are what sets him aside His team communicate so well and they deserve a huge ammount of credit for the open, honest and professional way they have dealt with our sale Really appreciate the efforts of everyone involved and lovely to see the business starting to grow and evolve as quickly as it is Thats down to the energy and enthusiasm of Lee and his knowledgable and extremely hard working team who made what can be a stressful process , smooth and enjoyable / exciting and fun Tom & Tia I recommend so many peoples Lee's way as i know he looks after people
