From start to finish, Lisa went above and beyond to guide me through the process, staying professional and supportive, even with the unexpected delays. I truly believe the sale wouldn’t have completed without her efforts. Lisa’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage. I’m so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her and the team.
2nd May 2026 (28 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Your Move (Tunstall branch) estate agents. They were professional, friendly and always kept me updated through the process. What really stood out was their communication, they responded quickly to any questions and made sure I understood every step, as the solicitors I was using at the time not very responsive. They also went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. Paris was excellent, always very communicative and efficient and really lovely manner, She was always very happy to help. The other members of staff were equally helpful and very friendly. Thanks ??????

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. 18th May 2026 (12 days ago)Got introduced to Ryan Booth through a mutual friend whilst looking into moving to the UAE with the family… honestly, wish I never did. Constantly available on the phone answering endless questions about areas, schools, visas, setting up a business and property. Somehow always replies, which is actually quite annoying. Ended up helping us buy our first overseas property as well, made the whole process far too easy and now we’re even more convinced on the move. Terrible bloke really… far too knowledgeable and way too easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend… unless you actually want someone who knows what they’re talking about.??????????????????

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
