13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We purchased our property through Savills Wilmslow and the process from start to finish was first class and very professional.<br>Sarah carried out the surveys of the property and assisted with the negotiation then Lucy saw the process through from there maintaining dialogue with us, the estate agents and the solicitors.<br>They were always able to assist promptly with any questions and requests we had making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible.<br>Overall I would highly recommend Savills when thinking of buying or selling your property.

Phone calls and emails were taken or replied to within 24 hours and we were kept up to date throughout.<br><br>Rachel went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and as a result we had a very quick completion ??????<br><br>Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

From start to finish, Lisa went above and beyond to guide me through the process, staying professional and supportive, even with the unexpected delays. Lucy who works in lettings has also been nothing but quick and responsive have we needed anything so a personal Thank you to her! Highly recommend!

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions we had. Their valuation was accurate, and their knowledge of the local market gave us great confidence from the outset. The team were professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. We felt supported throughout what can often be a stressful process, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. Excellent value for money and a genuinely first-class service. 29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Very disappointing experience – would not use again<br><br>I moved out on 7th August and only received my deposit back today, after having to chase and chase for it. This was particularly frustrating given that I had left the property immaculate.<br><br>I was initially told that £150 would be deducted from my deposit for a couple of Blu Tack marks on the wall. When I questioned this, Northwood told me that the landlord had obtained quotes from decorators. However, when I asked to see these quotes, the explanation suddenly changed to the landlord doing the painting themselves.<br><br>So, effectively, I was being asked to pay £150 for the landlord to paint over a few Blu Tack marks themselves. I also requested before-and-after photographs to support the deduction, but these were never provided.<br><br>After negotiating, the deduction was eventually reduced to £75. At that point, I decided to accept it simply because I wanted to get the remainder of my deposit back and bring the whole experience to an end.<br><br>I have rented numerous properties over the years in the Cheshire area and, based on my experience, I would personally say that Stephenson Browne is head and shoulders above Northwood.<br><br>Unfortunately, I would not consider using Northwood again in the future, whether to rent, buy or sell a property. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants, landlords and sellers to think carefully before using this company.

The whole team at Reeds Rains Congleton were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered all our questions promptly, and made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their communication was excellent from our initial viewing right through to completion. We would highly recommend Reeds Rains Congleton to anyone looking to buy a property. Thank you for all your help and support!

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. Thanks again!

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
