We could not have been more impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Savills. The professionalism of this organisation shone from the first meeting with Andrew. Who in addition to recommending a guide price for the property, suggested aa sales strategy. There was a clear understanding of the market, the best time to start marketing, the type of buyer the property would attract. Evidence that research had been done prior to that initial meeting. We were also impressed by all other members of the Savills team that we dealt with during the sales process. The level of professionalism, efficiency and courtesy delivered by every member of staff was outstanding. The speed of response in all communications was excellent. I would strongly recommend Savills as the estate agent of choice to anyone.

I truly believe the sale wouldn’t have completed without her efforts. Lisa’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage. I’m so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her and the team.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
