He was professional, approachable and incredibly responsive throughout the whole rental process. Everything was explained clearly, and whenever I had a question or needed help, Bradlee was quick to respond and make sure everything was sorted.

Lucy who works in lettings has also been nothing but quick and responsive have we needed anything so a personal Thank you to her! Highly recommend!

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions we had. Their valuation was accurate, and their knowledge of the local market gave us great confidence from the outset. The team were professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. We felt supported throughout what can often be a stressful process, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. Excellent value for money and a genuinely first-class service. 19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I moved in with Northwood rental property in May and Becky was amazing. Very helpful and eager. She's a 5/5 stars worker and you'll definitely be happy working with her.<br><br>After you've moved in however, don't expect any emails back or responses. It took us nearly 8 weeks just so we could have the gas cooker turned on.... The 2 stars I gave were mostly for Becky, but she doesn't handle maintenance. They could do with a Becky 2 for that.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. Thanks again!
24th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Got my review removed on google because i didn't comment anything which is petty as hell ! so i'll be leaving my comment here with all the legit reviews as they seem to fake and remove any none 5 star reviews from their google account! Leaving a none comment doesnt equal a fake review ( even though my account was anonymous on google doesnt mean its a fake review FYI it was anonymous for reasons i cannot state publicly ) , its weird how im being treated and singled out while literal other reviews have no comments . This further proves to me they are a disguistng company that would only value their customers if you write a 4 or 5 star glowing review. My experience with this company was horrendous , and i continue to experince their horrendous and disguting treatment i will not be using them ever again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unlesss you want to get treated like utter flith by them!
