10th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)1 star because I cannot review lower.<br>Cumulatively hours left on hold, multiple separate requests for a viewing to a property which were ignored over the span of 2-3 weeks. The property in question was then let out due to the landlord progressing with another party- as is their right, but even still, there was an easy chance to go for a viewing in those 3 weeks before that happened.<br>The application process demands too much information which is simply not relevant to the viewing, the staff are unhelpful and the website is utter rubbish.

From the minute we met Paula we knew we were in safe hands. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her profession is clear and she offered us valuable advice throughout the process of selling and even our onward purchase. Nothing was too much to ask and we were constantly updated as to progress. If we were to sell again we would not hesitate to use Paula and Matt at Priory Property Tunstall.

I can Highly Recommend using this agency. I was not even a client and Alex and the team all went over and beyond to provide me with keys to a flat I purchased. I arrived late on a Saturday and they moved mountains to make keys avail to me. I am now a client, but was not at the time they did all this for me. They truly earned my business and my trust. I can assure anyone reading this that this office is truly amazing, young fresh minds with Good Old Fashioned Values. Many Thanks<br>P.S. 26th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)We have purchased two properties through this estate agent (with one purchase still ongoing) and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing!<br>Communication within the office staff has been very poor, and it often felt like staff were not communicating with each other. When our solicitors experienced delays, we were repeatedly threatened that the properties ( both of them) would be put back on the market, despite this never actually happening! This created unnecessary stress during an already demanding process.<br><br>In addition, both surveying companies we used commented on the difficulties they had communicating with this estate agent, which suggests our experience was not an isolated one.<br><br>While we appreciate that an estate agent acts on behalf of the seller, we felt there was very little effort to facilitate the process for the buyer or keep everyone informed. Overall, the lack of communication and the way issues were handled made what should have been an exciting experience far more frustrating than it needed to be.

She kept me updated throughout the entire process, including promptly communicating any changes that needed to be made. She also went above and beyond to ensure I received my keys on the day I needed them, which I really appreciated.<br>Overall, I had a very positive experience with the Leaders team, and I would happily recommend their service.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Thank you for taking the time to reply but looking at your previous responses to other disgruntled customers, you appear to be not the best at taking criticism nor accepting poor performance on your part. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. From the valuation up to finding a buyer the whole team were professional, informative and very friendly. Within a week they managed to arrange few viewings and including one potential buyer. 18th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)I am very disappointed with how this purchase was handled.<br><br>It became clear that your focus was largely on the seller’s interests rather than ensuring a fair and transparent process. While I understand your role, there is still an expectation of honest and professional negotiation.<br><br>The property required significant work, yet our attempts to negotiate based on its condition were dismissed without meaningful discussion. Instead of acting as an intermediary, it felt as though unrealistic expectations were being reinforced.<br><br>We invested considerable time, money, and emotion, but our concerns about the property’s condition and associated risks were not taken seriously.<br><br>Overall, the experience lacked transparency and fairness, and it was difficult to feel that our position was properly represented. I would struggle to recommend your agency and hope future buyers receive a more balanced and honest service.

From day one, the whole team were honest, open, and professional, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>They sold my property within just one week of it going on the market, which exceeded my expectations. They also provided invaluable support with my onward purchase, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Tom, who carried out the valuation and facilitated a viewing on a prospective property, was incredibly professional while remaining approachable and down to earth. Lisa was exceptional throughout the sale process, expertly handling several difficult situations and always keeping me informed. Her commitment was outstanding even while on annual leave, she took the time to contact me to check everything was going well. That level of care and dedication went far beyond what I ever expected.<br><br>When Lisa was away, Fran stepped in and was absolutely fantastic. The handover was seamless, and I always felt I was in safe hands. It really shows what a great team Wheatcroft & Lloyd have built.<br><br>I genuinely don’t think they could have done anything better. 17th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

If they weren’t sure, they’d check on my questions first me and come back with an answer. I asked if some furniture could be removed and they were able to do it before I even moved in. They seriously have been some of the most helpful people and are incredibly understanding! I’d give them additional stars if I could, I really appreciate everything that they’ve done to make this move so easy and living here as comfortable as possible xxx
