Came out valued my house and got it on the market the same week (other estate agents couldn’t get me in for at least 3 weeks) constantly updating me with the sale of my property and the purchase of my next home. I wouldn’t sell my home through anyone else now.
28th May 2026 (2 days ago)Thank you Morgan for handling our sale and purchase. It has been a long process however Morgan has been very helpful and supportive throughout. We would have given 5 stars, however, during the process relating to a red ash survey when the report from the expert was interpreted differently by someone else at/on behalf of Heywoods that said we had red ash; when we did not. This led to some worrying and doubts for us, but this was overcome in time. Thanks again Morgan :) Sam and Paul
11th May 2026 (19 days ago)Cannot thank Paula and Matt enough for their professionalism. They restored our faith in the process of selling and Paula went above and beyond when handling our sale. From the minute we met Paula we knew we were in safe hands. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her profession is clear and she offered us valuable advice throughout the process of selling and even our onward purchase. Nothing was too much to ask and we were constantly updated as to progress. If we were to sell again we would not hesitate to use Paula and Matt at Priory Property Tunstall.
2nd May 2026 (28 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Your Move (Tunstall branch) estate agents. They were professional, friendly and always kept me updated through the process. What really stood out was their communication, they responded quickly to any questions and made sure I understood every step, as the solicitors I was using at the time not very responsive. They also went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future

I can Highly Recommend using this agency. I was not even a client and Alex and the team all went over and beyond to provide me with keys to a flat I purchased. I arrived late on a Saturday and they moved mountains to make keys avail to me. I am now a client, but was not at the time they did all this for me. They truly earned my business and my trust. I can assure anyone reading this that this office is truly amazing, young fresh minds with Good Old Fashioned Values. Many Thanks P.S. 13th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation. Do better.

10th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Very professional team always going the extra mile. The office team in particular Blair was always polite friendly and helpful . Martin’s advice, professional attitude gave me great confidence in finding the perfect buyer for my property. Martin is a credit to his profession and Rory Mac. Fantastic guy! (Keith )

Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had. Thanks again all and I look forward to seeing you in a few weeks to collect my keys. Thank you for helping my impossible become my impossible

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. Thanks again!
24th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Got my review removed on google because i didn't comment anything which is petty as hell ! so i'll be leaving my comment here with all the legit reviews as they seem to fake and remove any none 5 star reviews from their google account! Leaving a none comment doesnt equal a fake review ( even though my account was anonymous on google doesnt mean its a fake review FYI it was anonymous for reasons i cannot state publicly ) , its weird how im being treated and singled out while literal other reviews have no comments . This further proves to me they are a disguistng company that would only value their customers if you write a 4 or 5 star glowing review. My experience with this company was horrendous , and i continue to experince their horrendous and disguting treatment i will not be using them ever again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unlesss you want to get treated like utter flith by them!
