18th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".

23rd Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)A poor example of an estate agent. Their website is almost unusable and unprofessional stating terms like 'Hicks deals with literally hundreds of property transactions every year'. The limited properties on sale suggests this is not the case. Likely due to their lack of effort when presenting someone's home for sale. Look at a Hicks advert on a major property selling website as an example and this is clear. Limited blurred pictures, with poorly worded descriptions. It is pointless enquiring about a property they advertise as they never respond. I feel quite sorry for the people selling with them.
