20th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)We’ve had our two flats in Torquay managed by Henrietta Klimkova at Haart since we relocated to the UAE in 2017. Although we faced some financial challenges along the way, Henrietta consistently delivered excellent support and maintained meticulous records. When the time came to sell in June 2025, her attention to detail and compliance with UK property management standards made the entire process significantly smoother. I’ll admit I used to question the fees—particularly for handling the property tax returns—but in hindsight, it was money well spent. I highly recommend their services, especially if you’re based overseas and need a reliable property manager. Even if it feels costly at first, trust me: when it comes time to sell, you’ll be grateful for the structure, documentation, and peace of mind they provide. Trying to manage it all yourself just to save a small amount isn’t worth the stress.
12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very little communication. Took 2 weeks before a for sale board was erected. Property particulars were wrong. They told us that we had not been very accommodating to allow people to view. There were no viewers!

Whether sharing his latest golfing or family anecdotes or diving into the nitty-gritty of contracts and small print, James has a gift for putting people at ease while ensuring clarity and precision. From our experience, one of the biggest stumbling blocks in negotiations is when parties are not fully aligned before a conversation takes place. James acts as the backdrop and container for these discussions, making sure that everyone is brought onto the same page. He keeps the conversation on track with seemingly little effort, and his ability to read situations and explain things clearly is invaluable. James’s approach is solution-focused, pragmatic, and fair. If he doesn’t immediately know the answer, he finds out quickly and comes straight back to you. What’s particularly impressive is his ethos: he seems to recognise that if one party loses, everyone does — so he works creatively to ensure the outcome benefits all sides. This makes him not only effective but also a genuine pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend James and would absolutely work with him again. 27th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Female answered the phone, advised I would like to view a house, and gave the address asked me the price and I thought it was a certain price but informed me I was wrong and they did not have a house for sale of that price. As I haven't sold my own house I am not allowed to view house for sale. Sounded cross and didn't ask me any details. I have a house in Cornwall with sea views and don't require a mortgage. This estate agency does not appear to want to sell houses
23rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Angela was very relaxed through the entire letting process in a refreshing down to earth manner on a unit I rented. Deposit returned in full and on time with no drama. If all agents were like her it would make life much less stressful. 100% recommended.

17th Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)Contacted Ware to enquire about a purchase. The first point of contact we spoke to couldn’t answer anything about the business we were enquiring about. Signposted us to Jasper who would apparently contact us to answer and discuss questions ( never heard back from him! ).

17th May 2026 (28 days ago)We bought an investment property through Martin at Tamar Estate we found him to be very professional and helpful throughout the process. Communications were always quick and he definitely helped with chasing up the often tediously slow solicitor the owner had instructed. His after sale service has also been brilliant helping me find services and tradesmen I needed as I live in Spain this has been great.
