A complicated sale involving multiple parties, probate etc but Dan was calm, professional and kept us in the loop at all times. Kindness, patience and always quick to respond to any queries. Having sold a house before, we were expecting the process to be a bit slower, but communication was good and things moved along smoothly. They kept us updated when needed and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d happily recommend them!!
11th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.

They stuck by me and my property through a turbulent market and a tricky few years trying to sell. I would not have trusted anyone else to get my sale over the line, with such care for the property, for me and for the sale. Always positive and ready with the next plan of action ensured the service I received was first class & as stress free as it could be. Highly recommend for a personal, caring service.

Suzanne is charming, efficient, patient, kind, helpful and right on the button with sorting any hitches or problems. She is a force to be reckoned with. Nothing is too much trouble and she always got back to me if I left a message. Buying and selling houses is not the most enjoyable experience but this lady really smooths the way and quietly gets things done. Very different from the usual Estate Agent experience- I think they had better take a note or she’ll sweep the board! Thank you so much Suzanne.

They were professional, approachable, and very easy to work with throughout the whole process. They handled negotiations sensitively, kept everything moving smoothly, and even brought plenty of humour along the way. Highly recommended!

But with Jason's reassurance and handling of things it was much more bearable. He was very professional, friendly and hard working. 7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Amazing from start to finish, Andy was our primary estate agent and he was always on hand to help us or answer any questions. He always went above and beyond, and made us feel safe during a highly stressful time. Amanda was our sale progressor. She was immediate in her response to anything and everything. If they didn’t have the answer to hand, they would find it.<br>We had some delays with the exchange due to another seller, but we were always kept in the loop and always knew they were pushing on our behalf.<br>We were also always greeted with help from other members of staff when our primary’s were out of the office.<br>Could not recommend them enough. I would not hesitate to use them again if I had the need and will 100% be suggesting them to any friends and family that are thinking of moving.
