During what turned out to be a tricky, drawn out sale Dean was constantly in touch, keeping us up to date and being very supportive. His advice was always helpful, although never forced on us, and this resulted eventually in a successful sale.<br>We don't intend moving again but, if we change our minds, we'll definitely go to back to Stags.

Charley, in particular, is a fantastic agent and she really puts her all into helping with coordination of sales and viewings. I would recommend this team in a heartbeat if you’re looking to list your house.
20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)We would like to give credit and recognition to Is Isaac from the Miller Helston branch.<br>He greeted us upon arrival and throughout our viewing. He presented himself with knowledgeable history on the property and answered all of our questions with confidence. We didn't feel rushed and he listened with interest at our scope for the property and even gave us a few valuble ideas. He was patient with our non understanding of the Modern Method of Auction. He explained it step by step and again answered all our questions with professionalism. We left the viewing with excitement and confidence to proceed further with the property.
20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Bradley seemed arrogant and quite possibly the worst communicator I’ve ever dealt with, multiple different issues.<br><br>All I would say is good luck if you are planning on buying with this branch, impossible to deal with! I certainly wouldn’t recommend selling through them. You will lose potential buyers.

Donna and the team were extremely helpful, informative and quick to respond.<br><br>They made the whole process stress free and communicated excellently throughout.<br><br>I would highly recommend and will continue to use Mathers in the future!

We looked around the property in the morning and by the afternoon we were told we could have it, all the documents were sent promptly with clear instructions. Both very friendly, approachable and patient. Couldn’t recommend your move enough.

I’m really pleased I chose Steve and the team to help with the sale.<br><br>My house was a little outside their usual area, but Steve gave me really good, honest advice, particularly with regard to the current situation with the market and what I could realistically expect to sell for. We had plenty of viewings and good feedback and, with guidance from Steve, I received an offer I was happy to accept after a short time on the market.<br><br>Once the sale was agreed, Jenny was great at keeping everything moving and, together with Lisa at the solicitors, the whole process went really smoothly. We managed to complete in just 8 weeks!<br><br>I found everyone at Cross Estates helpful and friendly. They have a really relaxed way about them while still being professional, which I really appreciated. You hear so many horror stories about how stressful moving house can be, and although it’s always going to be a stressful time, they definitely made it much easier for me.<br><br>I’d happily recommend Steve and everyone at Cross Estates and would certainly use them again in the future.

Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. But with Jason's reassurance and handling of things it was much more bearable. He was very professional, friendly and hard working.
