When they did pick up, they told me they’ll call me back after 15 minutes without even taking my number. It’s been an hour now, no one called. If that’s how it is from the beginning, then I will not be giving them my money.
9th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Terrible communication and zero response for 2 months I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent that actually responds to repair requests, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.

14th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)The worst company ever. Does not take care of it's tenants and is negligent in doing necessary repairs. A disgusting agency. Left tenant in the cold. Gave tenant a filthy flat with holes and broken windows, layers of defacation in the toilet, and a non working cooker to name a few. Bricks NEVER repaired or replace even after several pleas and notifications. A bad way to treat a good and responsible tenant. Stay away if you want a responsible landlord. An unethical landlord with no concern. GREEDY- This agent doesn't have any reviews
