20th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unprofessional agency. Tried to call them today several times, but nobody picked up. When they did pick up, they told me they’ll call me back after 15 minutes without even taking my number. It’s been an hour now, no one called. If that’s how it is from the beginning, then I will not be giving them my money.
2nd Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)We worked with Angie and she was absolutely wonderful. Thorough, organised, and delivered a great service. Better than any agency I’ve worked with in the past and I’ve rented in London for over 10 years.
27th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very poor communication - no feedback received after viewings, and contact reduced to less than once a month very quickly. Property not sold, taken off the market.

14th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)The worst company ever. Does not take care of it's tenants and is negligent in doing necessary repairs. A disgusting agency. Left tenant in the cold. Gave tenant a filthy flat with holes and broken windows, layers of defacation in the toilet, and a non working cooker to name a few. Bricks NEVER repaired or replace even after several pleas and notifications. A bad way to treat a good and responsible tenant. Stay away if you want a responsible landlord. They were attentive and very professional, answering questions promptly, with exceptional level of care and attention to detail. The communication with Joe was excellent—we felt we were always kept in the loop, which made the experience less stressful than what we anticipated.
