Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout every stage.<br>One aspect that particularly stood out was the recommendation of an excellent solicitor. The conveyancing process was handled efficiently, and contracts were exchanged and completed remarkably quickly, making the entire purchase smooth and hassle-free.<br>What truly sets the team apart is the continued support even after the purchase was completed. Two years later, Callum kindly arranged a property valuation for me free of charge, which was incredibly helpful and demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer service long after the sale.<br>The communication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile shown by Callum & Team were exceptional throughout. 13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)We vacated the property in Feltham in January 2025\. At the time of leaving, the agency visited the property, took photographs and collected the keys from us\. Since then, we have made numerous phone calls and sent several text messages regarding the return of our tenancy deposit, but we have still not received it or a proper response from the agency\.<br><br>It is extremely disappointing to experience such poor communication and a lack of resolution despite repeated attempts to contact them\. It has been a considerable amount of time, and we are still left chasing our own money\.<br><br>I hope the agency takes this matter seriously, responds to our concerns and resolves the outstanding deposit issue as soon as possible\. Based on our experience, the lack of communication and follow\-up has been very frustrating\.

They made promises of help and support, encouraged funds to be transferred instantly, and then jumped to referencing stage without consent by force leading my family and children to loss. I feel misled by their team made and the way the process was handled. Please be careful, get everything in writing, and understand their trap before paying any money.
28th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Outstanding service from the whole Kearns team (Jason, Jack, Inshaal & Louis)<br><br>I cannot recommend Kearns Estate Agents in West Drayton highly enough. My property was listed with them for around two months and during that time I received five offers.<br><br>What really stood out was the quality of the buyers they brought through the door. Buyers were properly vetted before viewings, so I never felt that my time was being wasted. Communication was brilliant throughout, with a call and feedback after every viewing.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Inshaal, who conducted most of my viewings. Pretty much every buyer she brought to the property made an offer, so she definitely became my lucky charm! ??????<br><br>Jack and Louis were also amazing. Everyone added a personal touch and made me feel genuinely supported throughout the process. The whole team took the time to understand what I needed and, importantly, not once did they try to encourage me to lower my price, which was very different from my experience with other agents.<br><br>Kearns did an incredible job of understanding both the selling points and the value of my property, and they worked hard to bring serious potential buyers through the door.<br>Finally, a huge thank you to Jason. He was fantastic throughout, offering different perspectives based on his experience, giving honest advice and, most importantly, making me feel valued as a client.<br><br>I have been incredibly impressed with the whole Kearns team. Their communication, professionalism, personal approach and commitment were outstanding. I genuinely can’t thank Jason, Inshaal, Jack and Louis enough and would have no hesitation recommending Kearns to anyone looking to sell their property.
