She kept us updated throughout the whole process, was always quick to answer any questions and made what can be a stressful experience feel so much easier.<br><br>Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping us get everything over the line. Her communication was excellent and we always felt like we were in safe hands.<br><br>If you’re buying or selling a property, I couldn’t recommend Abbie highly enough. She is an absolute credit to Coopers, and I wouldn’t hesitate to tell anyone to use her. Thank you again for all your help!

From the first viewing Liz was very responsive, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. As the purchase progressed she was always very transparent and communicative and we never felt out of the loop. In what is always going to be a stressful experience she made it as straightforward as can be. Also kindly provided some excellent recommendations on other professionals we ended up using for conveyancing and surveys. Exceptionally professional and can't recommend her highly enough.

Was introduced to him by a corporate firm in Hong Kong and they didn’t let me down, you get a personal and fast approach from him and hes always on the phone when needed. Fast and strong company to deal with, I have used several over the years in my time but all 6 of my properties are now with ernest brooks under Elliot I would simply have no need to use anyone else. If your looking for a good international exposed estate agency I couldn’t recommend Elliot and Ernest Brooks team anymore, easy communication from Asia and a lovely relationship formed over the years ?????? If you live in Asia and need estate agency help, speak to Elliot Rainbow in London hes the best and go from there!

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

She provided an incredible service.<br>She is very kind, professional and knowledgeable.<br>During the process she helped me understanding the different phases and she intermediated the works among my broker, my solicitors and the vendor’s solicitors.<br>She is very responsive and clear in her communication, she advised and supported me during the full process, showing a in-depth knowledge of London’s property market.<br>I am really satisfied with her excellent service, I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a property smoothly and with peace of mind. We dealt directly with Abraham Oommen who is the senior sales manager and found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and supportive. As is known it’s been a tough market for sellers of flats and Abraham gave us an in depth understanding of what's been happening in the property market & the prospects for a sale given all the circumstances which was invaluable. In all this he showed considerable kindness and empathy for our situation.<br>We would highly recommend Abraham and the team at the Northfield branch of Gibbs Gillespie.

27th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. We found Arun to be unprofessional and lacking in transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, and we were left feeling misled and unfairly treated. Overall, we have no confidence in the way our purchase was handled and would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.<br>This was by far the worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I found the whole process lacking in transparency. I was also concerned that the AML checks were carried out through a company connected to the agent’s wife, without this being made clear upfront. Charging £300 each ( most estate agents charge £36). When we questioned this it was brought down to £150. They also wanted us to pay a deposit. The contract was not clear if we would get back.<br><br>The most upsetting part was that, while we were in the property viewing it again, we later discovered it had been sold to another buyer for just £3,000 more. We felt completely misled and extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this estate agent.

Isa was fantastic at arranging multiple viewings and was always friendly, patient and responsive throughout my search. Matthew was equally helpful during the negotiation process and worked hard to help me secure a great flat.<br><br>Buying your first home can be overwhelming, but they were always available to answer my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. Their professionalism, responsiveness and support made the whole process much easier.<br><br>I’d highly recommend Isa and Matthew to anyone looking to buy a property. Thank you both for all your help in finding my first home!
