He created a relaxed, welcoming environment and encouraged us to take our time exploring the property, which we really appreciated. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Throughout the entire process, Kyle maintained clear and consistent communication, always keeping us informed and reassured. We’re truly so grateful to Kyle for his support, professionalism, and genuine approach, it made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. We were so impressed that we’ve even recommended two other people to contact Kyle to help them find a property to rent. We also had the pleasure of meeting his colleague Mehmet when completing the final payment and collecting our keys. He was equally professional, friendly, and efficient, ensuring everything was handled seamlessly. A big thank you to both Kyle and Mehmet for their outstanding service. Sheetal Suri did the initial valuation and was very polite and informative about the market and how shaw and co would handle the process if we did choose them. Having met a few other estate agents I was convinced that this firm would be the best to go with. We landed an offer within a couple of viewings and from offer accepted to completion Jindra Lall was at hand. She was always assisting us and enabled us the close the transaction quickly. We are really pleased with our whole experience of dealing with shaw and co and would not hesitate to recommend them for any sales.

10th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Very deceptive, do not try to buy a property with them if you value your time, they are very shady and will try to squeeze extra money from you at every chance, making up fake competing offers and telling you stories that doesn’t make any sense

2nd May 2026 (4 days ago)0 stars - I would not recommend this agency We have unfortunately been dealing with Hemang, the lettings manager, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Communication and transparency seem to be completely absent. Our rent has been paid late every single month, including a delay of 10 days last month, and at no point have we been proactively informed of any issues. Each month there is a new excuse - management not being available to approve payments, the company not having received rent yet, and no doubt something different next time. The lack of accountability is frustrating. We haven’t even received a copy of the signed contract yet despite asking on several occasions. We are counting down the days until July when can finally move on from the service. Save yourself the stress and choose another agency.

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

From the very first conversation they understood how urgent the sale was — we needed to sell Mum’s house quickly to cover her care home fees. Shannon and Hussain were absolutely brilliant throughout. They marketed the property professionally, secured a buyer within just 4 days, and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their calm, proactive approach and excellent communication helped us complete the whole process in only 6 weeks. Their professionalism, empathy, and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful time so much easier. They truly went above and beyond. Communication was excellent throughout, and any issues on any side of the chain were dealt with quickly, calmly and effectively. Moving home is often described as one of life’s most stressful experiences, but Stewart genuinely took the stress out of it for us. It was a real pleasure to work with someone so professional, proactive and reassuring — we always felt confident knowing everything was in safe hands and that Stewart had complete command over proceedings. Thank you so much for making what could have been a difficult process such a positive one.
22nd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Avoid Foxtons Ealing. When my original landlord lost the property due to unpaid loans and a new landlord took over, the branch was completely unhelpful. I was given poor guidance and left to deal with the situation myself. To make matters worse, after moving out I’ve been unable to recover my deposit, even though it was paid to Foxtons in the first place. There was no proper support, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Been a couple of months and I can’t get my deposit back and no response from Foxtons apart from keep paying the landlord who doesn’t own the place anymore? Thankfully the new landlord was helpful but I still can’t get my deposit from the original landlord. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
