Called to book a viewing for a property and the way he spoke was not nice, he spoke some sort of urgency and didn’t even properly listen to my query. I could not even book a viewing to see a property because my deposit wasn't a “high deposit”. Do you only allow people to view a property based in their deposit?? Awful customer service

29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.

I believe this has contributed towards me deciding to go ahead with Renting and the attentiveness and direct communication and outstanding customer service has made this process as easy as they come.<br>I also want to thank Chris for his great customer service and I appreciate his time also especially for helping me where He was able to answer any further queries I may have had in order to assist with the process. These guys have made me very happy and I would highly recommend Chancellors Slough to anyone else looking to Acquire or Rent a property. Thank you again Guys.

Melroy in specific did a phenomenal job throughout the process clearly walking me through the process from the viewing up until the day I moved in. Really appreciate the teams quick response time. Definitely recommend them for anyone on the hunt for a new place

He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. 18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
