If you are a student make sure you avoid these at all costs. We had a year of hell from this estate agents who provided no support/help for any issue with our letting (which there were plenty) and continually let us down throughout the year regarding any actions they told us were going to occur. First class five star service! Impeccable service! Working in the property industry ourselves we know exactly how estate agents can be and why they have a somewhat bad reputation (sorry to say!), which is why coming across Lawrence Rand was the biggest breath of fresh air! We could not be any more happier and luckier that the property we fell in love with was marketed and purchased through Lawrence Rand. I honestly do not know where to even start.. but I hope this essay of a review will sum it up in a nut shell. Our first dealings were with Scott (based in the Ruislip branch), simply a straight up lovely guy to deal with from the get go, he was not pushy or impatient like many estate agents do. Scott only sent across properties that matched our requirements instead of sending us listings for the sake of it. Scott listened and knew exactly what we were looking for, he didn't bombard us (like many agents do!) and gave us the space and time to think through properties he showed us. When we found our property, he kept us in the loop with the offer and was genuinely very happy and excited for us (I could hear it in his voice!) Scott did not pressure us into a sale the fact he was so patient with us and answered our many questions patiently made us feel so comfortable . Scott then put us in contact with Glenda.. Glenda was/is amazing! with it being our first purchase, Glenda made a massive effort to talk us through every step of the way and always provided us with a clear cut understanding of what is happening and what happens next. Glenda kept us posted through the whole entire process, providing us daily updates (which is so helpful when it comes to anxious buyers like us!) we were never kept in the dark or out of the loop when Glenda was around. Glenda was so helpful and was always friendly and positive, she kept in control of the file and over looked both the sellers side and our side as the buyers and done this excellently and with pure class. In our personal opinion if it wasn't for Glenda our sale wouldn't of gone so smoothly as it had done with her chasing both sides for outstanding documents and keeping on top of it all. A big shout out to Hayden too! he is great! Hayden over the file when Glenda was away for a few days. Hayden also kept us informed and in the loop and acted and chased accordingly on what needed to be done at the time. The service at Lawrence Rand has been nothing but excellent and friendly. My phones were always answered so politely and should Glenda or Scott not be around another member of staff was always happy to help and assist. Hats off to you all, excellent excellent service and we are beaming that you have made it a smooth, not stressful transaction. We look forward to working with you again in the future!... Read more

My wife and I had a great experience with Lawlors. We have been renting through Lawlors Estates for 6 years. Our estate agent was Fahad and he was very helpful throughout the tenancy, with swift help in any situations we had. Nice to see an agent that actually wants to help and is not biased. We needed to say goodbye to them since we were buying our first house. We are also immensely grateful to Fahad and his lovely team for their continuous support during our transition of moving. Most of the reviews here are fake and they have been posted with fresh accounts that did nothing else than licking this agency's back with the same writing style. For me it was a deeply disappointing experience, a waste of time and money that only teaches people to don't trust small estate agents such as this one. The communication was poor, the agent himself was always in a hurry and completely ignored my questions about the referencing process for days, most of them were never answered. They took my money to stop viewings on the property I was interested in yet viewings continued, I still haven't seen that money back in my account. While proper estate agents will usually take 3-5 weeks to check your application as a tenant, these incompetents will take barely more than a week to later give you a generic excuse such as "the landlord wants someone who is an employee, no self-employed accepted", so 1/3 of the UK's workforce is suddenly not eligible for a house with these people, even if your income is 80k. They either have no experience referencing self employed professionals or they have no access to background checking tools, that's a pathetic excuse nobody I know has ever heard from any agency. If you're a tenant then you'll probably waste of time and money trying to get a house through these people, if you're a landlord you are also wasting time and money while your property rots away, because they clearly can't communicate or treat potential tenants in a proper way. Whoever handles this account should spare themselves the sassy replies, threatening or trying to take down a Google Local guide's review will not do you any favor. As always your reply is totally irrelevant (like those from your agent's messages) and full of misinformation, I'm not bothered enough to go through a management team that clearly displays its toxicity on Maps replies. I very well know and I guarantee to anyone who will contact me that you made absolutely zero checks for the case I took care of, a self employed with plenty of references. You just didn't care enough to look, your average customers are all McDonald employees judging by the other negative reviews you accumulated and the way you treated them, that's all the paperwork you got.... Terrible service, taken a year to fix a leaking shower which has caused much more damage to the property and still nothing has been done. Have offered to fix the problem myself as I'm fully qualified and insured to do so but still nothing. My children are in danger of the kitchen ceiling falling on them and yet nobody seems to care! Have emailed phoned and even visited them in person and still nothing. I bet if I was a day late on the rent they'd be phoning me repeatedly. Maybe they'll take notice of this as they won't be getting a penny more till it's sorted!... Read more
