He created a relaxed, welcoming environment and encouraged us to take our time exploring the property, which we really appreciated. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Throughout the entire process, Kyle maintained clear and consistent communication, always keeping us informed and reassured. We’re truly so grateful to Kyle for his support, professionalism, and genuine approach, it made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. We were so impressed that we’ve even recommended two other people to contact Kyle to help them find a property to rent. We also had the pleasure of meeting his colleague Mehmet when completing the final payment and collecting our keys. He was equally professional, friendly, and efficient, ensuring everything was handled seamlessly. A big thank you to both Kyle and Mehmet for their outstanding service. Paul got me the result I needed without too much difficulty. He also managed to smooth out numerous bumps in the road along the way. Thanks very much Paul.
21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)We had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this letting agency. For over two weeks, they kept asking us for different documents and references, with new requirements appearing each time we thought everything had been completed. The process felt disorganised, unclear, and unnecessarily stressful. After all of that, they suddenly increased the deposit at the last minute, which had not been communicated from the beginning. What made the situation even worse was the comment that, because we have savings, we should be able to afford a much higher deposit. We found this assumption highly inappropriate and unprofessional. A tenant’s personal finances should not be used in this way, especially after such a long and inconsistent process. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and judgmental attitude made this a very negative experience. We would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure all terms are clearly agreed in writing from the outset.
30th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)We recently sold our flat through shaw and co and our entire experience has been absolutely fantastic. Sheetal Suri did the initial valuation and was very polite and informative about the market and how shaw and co would handle the process if we did choose them. Having met a few other estate agents I was convinced that this firm would be the best to go with. We landed an offer within a couple of viewings and from offer accepted to completion Jindra Lall was at hand. She was always assisting us and enabled us the close the transaction quickly. We are really pleased with our whole experience of dealing with shaw and co and would not hesitate to recommend them for any sales.

Clayton checked in regularly to make sure everything was going through as planned and helped explain the process of buying the house from start to finish. Would happily use Aspen again if moving in the future ??

Alan and team really go the extra mile and as something that is often so stressful, all those extra touches make such a difference. Alan kept us up to date all the way through, and helped us over the finish line. The welcome gift box when we received our keys was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

He knew everything about all the properties we went to see and the surrounding areas. Gave us good advice and made us feel at ease. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.
2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)0 stars - I would not recommend this agency We have unfortunately been dealing with Hemang, the lettings manager, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Communication and transparency seem to be completely absent. Our rent has been paid late every single month, including a delay of 10 days last month, and at no point have we been proactively informed of any issues. Each month there is a new excuse - management not being available to approve payments, the company not having received rent yet, and no doubt something different next time. The lack of accountability is frustrating. We haven’t even received a copy of the signed contract yet despite asking on several occasions. We are counting down the days until July when can finally move on from the service. Save yourself the stress and choose another agency.
27th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Move Inn when we were up-sizing. We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

A basic level of professionalism and responsiveness shouldn’t be too much to expect, but sadly that’s not the case here. Would not recommend.
